This modern hotel offers guests breathtaking views out over the football and athletics stadium, within a short distance of Siena's old town. The Piazza del Campo with the famous Palio is within a few minutes' walk of the hotel, as are the nearest links to the public transport network (approximately 100 m away).

Facility

Junior suites, 4 single rooms and 125 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Disappointing experience

    The friend who I was travelling with had her passport stolen at Florence Station on the way to the hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist was hostile because she didn't have a passport and complained that it would make life difficult for her as she was supposed to report passport details to the police. Zero empathy for the situation. Service at reception improved somewhat on other occasions. The room was fine although coffee making facilities would be greatly appreciated. The advertised bar and restaurant was usually shut apart from serving breakfast. Overall a very disappointing experience.

    We arrived here to a really friendly welcome from Linase (I think). She was so friendly and helpful. Best welcome in our 20 days in Italy. We love NH Hotels. Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms, great beds and bedding. Bathroom has everything you need. Lots of recharging points and wonder of all - the WIFI works (Hilton take note).     Great hotel and SUPER staff

    A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. But what made this visit special was the staff, in particular Patrizia and Mario. I booked in early March, two days before the famous bike race weekend, Strade Bianche. But, intending to book the Friday and Saturday of that week, I accidentally booked two days in May. This would have cost me a lot of money, as it was non-refundable, but the staff was tremendous in finding a way to get me out of this problem and putting me on the wait list for the second day, which at the time was booked out. The guys were truly amazing and made this weekend the special weekend it was intended to be. We'll definitely be back. The value for money is rated lower merely due to the high price we paid, given the weekend it was, and the fact that everywhere was fully booked for the event.     This hotel is in a super location to explore Siena; it is within walking distance of cultural experiences, some wonderful restaurants, and shops. The hotel room is clean and comfortable.
