Location

This holiday resort is located just a short walk from the coast , in a charming residential area in Sorrento. Sorrento is on the Gulf of Naples, along the Campania coast, which is famous the world over. Sorrento is 50 km away from Naples. The local rail system - Circumvesuviana - is only a 5-minute walk away at Sant'Agnello and offers access to Naples (an hour away), Herculaneum (50 minutes away) and Pompeii (35 minutes away). The resort is an excellent choice for holidaymakers looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The centre of Sorrento is 1 km away and offers a variety of shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The nearest beach (shingle) is 250 m away. The airport at Naples is 47 km away.

Facility

    i was in my room huffin some smoke, passin the gas like you do in italiy then all of a sudden there was this giant ficking shadow creature in the corenr of myt room. Idek if this was because of all the paint and acid I was snorting through my ashole but I will never stay in this god forsaken cursed country again.

    Bathroom covered in mould, no hot water tonight to shower, power sockets dangerous, grass and grounds overgrown, rooms swarming with mosquitoes, breakfast plates/table/cutlery dirty and there was about 2 squares of melon and some bread rolls and it’s not even like it was cheap at nearly 1k for 5 nights. I’ve backpacked all over Asia and Africa and can tolerate a lot but this hotel was really terrible for the money

    This is my second time here at this resort,it's nice if you want piece and quiet and have a lazy day by the pool although that's not my kind of thing,This time we got the outdoor market set up outside the gates it wasn't a market like you would normally find in Italy it was mostly clothing but still managed to bargain a dress for €10 not bad.

    What can I say.wouldn't stay here again ....EVER.only positives to be fair - nice pool, friendly staff....after that it's all down hill....rooms are small, dated, infested....ended up with insect bites from the bed...they need to throw out the furniture....do some painting...and general maintenance to this property....photos on the web appear to be from its glory days....years ago....towels replaced daily....but bathroom was of poor standard...water build up in shower trays....tiles dirty...dated....door handles coming off in your hand...sheets not replaced during stay.Restaurant NOT open in the evening.....bar NOT open in the evening...leaving families no option to have night in....if you want to eat.....and Sorrento is a good 25 min Brisk walk away....40 if you are walking with children.€25 each way for taxi....and last train back is 9:30 ish..to San Angello and 10 min walk to property.Internet also states cooking school...definitely hasn't opened for some time...Pool was quiet when we arrived.....but on Sat filled up with what appeared to be local women arriving in taxis with children to use the pool....leaving the guests out numbered....only up side of this was a lifeguard who manned the small pool bar shop....other than that ...it was get dressed to go to reception to ask someone to come over and tend snack bar.....and back to reception again to pay...... very poor...Breakfast was hit and miss too....table cloths on Tables for days....coffee machine could do with a wipe down...

    The perfect stay

    Stayed here with my boyfriend and we had the best time! The room was a good size and clean, the cleaners came every day. The shower was massive and had good pressure. Our favourite part about the room though was probably the fact that we had our own little private seating area out front.Breakfast was perfect in our eyes- there were delicious pastries or cake every day along with the standard fruit, cereal, bread, cold meats and cheese. Tea/coffee too, and fruit juices, water.The location was great- a supermarket 5 minutes away, Sorrento about a 25 minute walk but the views along the way make it feel like nothing! There are bars and restaurants in Sant’Agnello itself which is very quaint- has a train station too which we used to get directly to Pompeii.Staff were very friendly too- Gigi won’t hesitate to help you out with your visit, excursions etc. We were allowed to leave our bags at reception between checking out and leaving for our flight which was immensely helpfulThank you Esperidi Resort :)We would definitely recommend!
