This hotel is located not far from the centre of Sorrento.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 69 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A gym and callisthenics or, for a fee, aerobics, are among the sport and leisure options available. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    This hotel is unfairly rated a 4 star because of previous ownership prior to the renovations …I’m telling you it’s simply the most magical, spectacular place we’ve ever been. From the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean to the world class customer service (special shout out to Jian Carlo for the incredible welcome and Sergio for running the food service like a life long expert in hospitality). Is the price on the higher end? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely.

    We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites were spacious, tastefully decorated, and had absolutely fabulous views. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection and excellent quality.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking memorable experience.

    We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our honeymoon. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and having direct access to the water made the experience even more special. The hotel has been newly renovated, so everything felt modern, elegant, and very comfortable.What truly made our stay magical, though, was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness added such a personal touch to our honeymoon and made every day feel memorable. Whether it was helping with recommendations, arranging details for us, or simply greeting us with a smile, the staff created an experience we will never forget.The location is perfect - close to the centre of town and only a few minutes from the port, making it incredibly convenient for ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. A wonderful place to stay for anyone looking to explore the Amalfi Coast while enjoying a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. Highly recommended!
