Location

This modern hotel lies in a oasis of peace and tranquillity far away from the chaotic city goings-on. A picturesque view out over the Gulf of Naples can be enjoyed from here. The centre of Sant’Agnello is not too far away. Sorrento is only 2 km from the hotel The beach and sea is just 1 km away. There is also a hotel shuttle bus service on offer.

Facility

11 suites, 2 single rooms and 108 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The indoor pool complex is ideal for relaxation and exercise. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers bocce. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of Sorrento. Lovely large room and although the bathroom looks old the shower has great water pressure. Hairdryer was rubbish though. Staff are friendly and polite, rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed as needed. The pool area is spotless and loads of comfy beds available. Pool was too cold for me but my husband liked it and I imagine it's great later in the season. Food is fresh and well cooked and there is plenty choice at dinner. Wine is delicious as are the cocktails. Lots of choice of good quality spirits too. We will definitely be back. Can't fault it.

    Staff were very good couldn't be more helpful.Jet2 reps were at hotel regularly and were again very helpful, not just selling trips etc.Free bus into town.Weather was very warm which was an added bonus.I would stay here again if I am going to Sorrento.

    Location is just outside sorrento, but the hotel have a shuttle bus which takes you into sorrento and returns back, beautiful hotel. Staff are brilliant and helpful, we had a lovely room on the ground floor which was perfect for me, but there is lifts to all floors, pool area was lovely and relaxing and we had brilliant weather, it was very good value this hotel, would highly recommend

    We have stayed in this hotel every year from 2019 except for covid we go twice a year the staff are exceptional it is not the type of hotel if you want modern it is very Italian food is good it is very clean rooms are cleaned every day it is a long walk to sorrento but has a coach that takes you and picks you up the train station is close there is lots of places to visit we cannot express how helpful and cheerful the staff are they go out of there way with all customers we have made friends for life and cannot wait to go again in June we are a couple in our 70 but still live life to the full great disco night barbecue night and 4 days a week there is entertainment

    Booked here with Jet2 for 35th wedding anniversary. Paid extra for a mountain or garden view. On arrival allocated a ground floor room . The door was open on arrival. The room was being aired as had a damp musty smell. Opened the doors to let air in and view was of a fire escape. Room had damp and mould up the walls and headboard. Could pat the headboard and dusty mould would atomize into the air . Totally uninhabitable. Went to reception and told no rooms available. Offered to pay more but hotel was full. Reception staff said no upgrade for a view had been received from Jet2. Contacted Jet 2 24/7 . Told help on way . Sat in reception waiting for rep for hour .Awfully stressful. The reception management arrived said they did have more rooms! We were so relieved but then and offered us the room next door which was equally as damp and smelly or one on 3rd floor that had a derelict building within two meters blocking the outlook. We couldn’t live in that for ten days. I said we’d pay more but they said they had nothing else. Still no sign of help from jet 2 so constantly trying the 24/7 number. Was offered flight home next day but would have to pay for flights and taxis but needed a room for night. After being in an untenable situation and in reception for several hours into the evening, . We ended up finding a place to decant too for the night and got a taxi there. The Jet 2 in resort team finally rang. Said they had been to the suppliers no other rooms in the Naples area and even if there had been I’d have to pay over a 1000 euros extra. The in resort manager rang next day and said if we did not return to La Pace we had broken our contract. I asked if there were any other rooms than the ones shown but no . Obviously we couldn’t stay there so declined. And that was the end of Jet 2s support. We paid out a large amount to stay in alternative accommodation but struggled to enjoy the holiday as much after such turmoil. On return I complained and was offered a voucher for Jet 2 holidays and my upgraded fee back . Only now has the case been settled by an arbitration process in our favor. A long and difficult experience made totally worse by the provider .
