Location

This hotel is set in a wonderful location, not far from the centre of Sorrento. Virtually everything to see and to do is just a short walk or taxi ride away, in Sant'Agnello - beaches, a selection of restaurants, shops with most of the well-known brands, bars, pubs, wine bars, discos and more. It is 1.5 km to Sorrento, 3 km to Capri, 20 km to Pompeii, 31 km to Amalfi, 40 km to the ruins of Herculaneum and 48 km to Naples. Naples International Airport is 45 km away.

Facility

150 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Great little gem of a hotel

    Great location for exploring the area .Fabulous grounds ,lovely clean pool and pool area ,pool towels included . .Friendly, welcoming and attentive team .Our suitcases were taken to our room while reception held a welcome meeting.Room was clean and cleaned each day .some areas of the hotel /decor are a little dated but it poses no real problem Food had a good selection bearing in mind this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel food was plentiful.Pastries,fresh fruit ,scrambled,fried,boiled egg,bacon,selection of meats and cheeses ,selection of fruit juice ,coffees ,teas,lattes at breakfast.Lunch ,salads ,pasta dishes ,pizza , mini desserts We ate out in the evening as were out touring but other guests said evening food/meals were good .. Good choice of drinks throughout the day and in the evening . We had a great stay and nothing was too much trouble for this lovely team of staff that work very hard and made our stay a great one !

    A lovely hotel. Lovely staff, big shout out to Joe on the bar. If you are picky with rooms and don't like ware and tear I wouldn't chose this hotel. My wife and I are not fussy and have stayed in worse hotels. Room gets cleaned every day, sheets changed, always fresh towels. Drinks are good - cocktails made to order not packaged stuff. People have previously said Coke is out the bottle which is true as of evening time but in the day it is draft. Prosecco included in the all inclusive. Free shuttle bus back and to to town centre, walk isn't that bad either. As an LGBT couple we felt very safe at this hotel. Got asked if we were friends by staff and when I explained we were married they were very kind and made us feel very safe which is important to us. Food is good, not amazing but you'll find something you will like most probably. Big bottle of water every day is given also. Good hotel :) :). Ignore the bad reviews.

    We've just returned from a Jet2 holiday, on an all-inclusive package & had a lovely week.The staff were really friendly - & a big shout out to Joe from the bar department, who was so lovely, friendly, & always greeted us with a big smile & refreshing beverage! Antonella on reception was also lovely - & a great person to have on the front desk as guests' first impression of the hotel, as they arrive after a long journey & are greeted by Antonella's friendly face & helpful persona.We're all vegan & didn't struggle to eat. There was almost always a choice of options (such as mariana pizza, pasta, veg, salad) &, on the couple of occasions when there wasn't anything on the main line, Antonio, the Maitre'D, asked the chef to make us something (which we really appreciated). On the first night, our transfer bus from the airport arrived as dinner was finishing, & Antonio & his team had already set up a table for us with a vegan meal each, as well as a bottle of wine, which was a lovely start to the holiday!Our rooms were really nice, & we really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely pool area, surrounded by orange & lemon trees & friendly Joe behind the bar! Would definitely recommend this hotel, & we would 100% return next time we holiday in the area!
