Location

This hotel is situated in a magnificent panoramic location between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is approximately 300 m to the centre of Sant' Agata and 8 km to Sorrento. A hotel shuttle service travels 4 times a day to Sorrento where guests will find an abundance of shops and other attractions. A shuttle bus is also available for the journey to the spectacular beach. Capodichino-NAP is only 60 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1900. 5 single rooms and 82 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     A little slice of paradise

    We have just returned from 4 nights staying at Jaccarino, where we celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary. The facilities were excellent. We had a superior sea view with balcony. The room was clean, well maintained, with a huge shower. The view from the balcony was mind blowing. We were given a bottle of fizz on arrival which was very much appreciated.The staff were welcoming and professional, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very special. The area was quiet and exactly what we wanted, but the shuttle bus meant that we could easily get into Sorrento to explore and access the ferry to Positano. Breakfast was high quality with a good variety, the ability to have omelette and panckaes cooked freshly was welcomed, fresh orange juice squeezed was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and by the pool, to enjoy the beautiful weather. Pizza on the terrace was a lunchtime treat. The only area that was a disappointment was the evening food as mentioned in other reviews. We ate in on the second evening and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. It seems weird that a hotel that apparently started as a restaurant is not making more effort on evening meals. We would definitely return to this little slice of paradise.     Spring break - 9 nights of La Dolce Vita

    We have just returned from a relaxing break at this fabulous hotel. Although the hotel had only just opened for the season everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special mention of the girls on reception who offered invaluable snippets of local knowledge- thank you Raffaella for all your help and recommendations. All the breakfast, bar and housekeeping were so friendly. The shuttle bus into town made sightseeing so much more manageable - glad we didn’t miss out on this wonderful tucked away town. We hope to come back one day when the weather is kinder to us!     Amazing Hotel and Staff. We chose to hire a car, car park just nice and easy. Entrance to hotel clean tidy and welcoming. RECEPTION very welcoming, clean bright and airy, receptionist Ilaria, AMAZING - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, along with Michael, the whole staff , inc house keeping first class. We had room 51 & 57, both with amazing views across the bay. spotlessly clean, very well furnished., well stocked mini bar, clean towels daily. Breakfast had a very good selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries and plentiful, staff very polite and professional. Pool looked inviting, although we did not use it, nice to sit on the terrance with a drink with a stunning view., If you are looking for a hotel , tucked away with amazing views, impecable staff, spotlessly clean and very good value for money, look no further. Highly recommendable, you will not be disappointed, *****

    I have previously stayed at the Hotel Jaccarino and I have just returned from another two week stay there again in October 2025. I have also already booked to stay there again in May and October 2026. As it is a lovely, peaceful, old hotel which is kept spotlessly clean. With some lovely antique furniture and lots of beautiful plants and flowers. As well as beautiful views over the mountains, Sorrento, the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. Situated in the lovely medieval town of Sant 'Agata Sui du Golfi, which I have visited many times over the years. The manager Antonio, the staff on reception and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and take very good care of their customers. Especially, as I am disabled and was travelling alone and a few days into my holiday, I felt very unwell for several days. Not only due to my disabilities and aches and pains. As unfortunately, I also developed a dreadful cough and cold. Therefore, I felt too unwell to go down for dinner and also it was unfair on the other guests in the restaurant to have me constantly coughing near them. On the first night when I had to leave the restaurant without having my dinner. As I felt too unwell and could not wait in the very busy and very full restaurant on that evening. Which I mentioned as I was passing to the very kind and helpful staff on reception. They then sent my three course dinner up to my room with room service. Also, Antonio the manager personally brought me a lovely free bottle of red wine to my room, which he uncorked and poured me a glass with my dinner. Then the next morning a beautiful bouquet of flowers was sent to my room by the very kind lady who owns the hotel. Then the dinning room waiters kindly brought me my three course dinner to my room on a very heavy, large tray for several evenings. Until I felt well enough to go down to the restaurant for dinner again. All of the waiting and bar staff are very pleasant, friendly and professional at breakfast and dinner and also for lunch on the terrace or in the bar. However, Marcos was exceptionally kind and he personally provided me with excellent customer service, care and attention. When some of the other waiters and waitresses often just walked past me, to serve other customers in couples or in groups. Therefore, I hope to see Marcos there again next year. The food at dinner is good and you have a choice from three or four different starters, main courses and deserts. Also, the buffet breakfast is good and plentiful and you can also order pancakes, omelettes etc. With a wide choice of freshly made teas and coffees. In my experience, all of the staff, including the manager and the kind lady owner, go beyond and above to take good care of their guests and provide excellent customer service. Therefore, I highly recommend the Hotel Jaccarino.
