    Location is great as long as you are able and happy to walk 20 minutes to get to the centre of Sorrento, train station etc. It suited us to be away from the busy roads. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. Nicola work’s tirelessly, he is always smiling and makes time for a quick chat on how you are planning to spend your day whilst maintaining breakfast service. Breakfast is good with enough choice of cold selections and some hot. The housekeeping staff were great. We didn’t use the pool as it was a little too cool for us at this time of year.

    Lovely small hotel with a few niggles

    Just returned home after four night stay with our 10 year old grandson. When asked what he thought I should say , he said ‘the staff were lovely’ and the breakfast was good !We found the room and bathroom clean and comfortable , beds made daily and towels renewed. A few niggles , day one my grandson went in the pool only to be told he should get out because it wasn’t ready but would be next day. Next day , no signage to contrary, he gets in again only to be told it was ‘not advisable’Next day still not ready , we asked this time as still no signage ! The pool was ready on day four but we didn’t have time to use it , this was badly managed and very disappointing.Reported the hairdryer in our bathroom as faulty , very noisy and cut out after a minute, was informed next day that it was now ok - on trying it, it was just the same and smelt of burning , probably unsafe to use (206)That said , a pleasant small hotel with lovely staff and an ok breakfast

    The hotel was very comfortable with a lovely roof terrace. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, the chef makes yummy fresh cakes and pies every morning.

    Rooms cold no radiators working Bathroom small shower very smallNo water for toilet shower or washing on first day and was told it was pressure issues but guests in ground floor had water at full pressure. No alternative offered Told pool and wellness centre and roof top terrace not open until 1st April No lift to any of the floors or restaurant or roof top terrace No shuttle bus Food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best definitely not 4 star
