    Amazing views, great location, lovely gardens and great staff. On the negative side there are some rooms that can only be accessed by stairs and hence challenging for anyone with access issues and some are in need of facility upgrade. All the staff were great but special thanks to Vito, Dario, Francesca and Maria on the main desk who were always available to help if needed.

    Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, with amazingly beautiful views. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The concierge team helped us with great recommendations for restaurants, tours, and experiences. They really made our vacation. The lobby level bar has a lovely terrace, with absolutely stunning views of the sea. Great place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the center of town, so it’s really well located. I wish I could rate this hotel more than 5 stars!     A Stunning Hotel

    Can't say enough about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Luxurious without being pretentious. Stunning location - overlooking Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Central to everything - we walked everywhere: amazing restaurants, bars, shops. Also right near the ferry terminal with easy access to Positano, Amalfi, etc. Our room had a crazy large terrace with two lounge chairs, a table and two cafe chairs. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, giving us tips about ferries, etc. Amazing full breakfast buffet daily, which you eat while gazing out over the water. Also a gorgeous bar that also has outdoor seating overlooking the water. Not inexpensive, but a great value. Simply couldn't have asked for more.     Beautiful Experience

    This hotel is located on the water, very close to the central marketplace. Views are stunning! Clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast as well. The STAFF are so helpful, friendly and accomodating! Best by far are the dream team in the bar, Pasquale and Pietro!! We stopped to see them on our way out and on our way back every evening, it was like being welcomed home!     Beautiful, classy hotel, stunning views.

    Beautiful hotel, immaculate landscaped grounds and perfect location. We stayed 3 nights in a superior room with sea view balcony, it was clean, comfortable large bed, and a lovely gift of local honey and a hessian Hotel branded tote bag. The sea view from our room was stunning, the bar area was very classy, and the terrace was beautiful, again with amazing views. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The pool was freezing(27-30th April), it would be nice if it was heated even slightly during the early summer months. No coffee machine or kettle in the room which was surprising. Drinks were very expensive, but that's to be expected all over Sorrento and especially in a 5 star hotel. We would love to stay again especially in the height of summer!
