Location

This hotel is located in one of the most attractive bays on the Sorrento Coast. It is unique for its wonderful setting, offering panoramic views, and its private pebbly/ sandy beach. Naples - Capodichino Airport is some 60 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 6 junior suites, 6 suites, 5 single rooms and 73 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A projector is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms.     Spectacular quiet location on the beach, with stunning sunset in the evening.The rooms are exceptionally clean & made up daily. I found the staff were friendly & helpful, especially Pino, he’s very welcoming, & nothing was too much trouble. I’m gluten free, & Pino made sure there were gluten free options available at every meal time. I will return; as a solo traveller I felt very safe in Meta & Sorrento town.

    Watch out for the deals! You do not get what you book!!! And they do not answer when you write kindly to arrange according to the booking conditions.We were a family of 4 for 4 nights in 2 rooms, so not for a very short stay. This hotel is quite nice at the pool area and is at the beach, that was one of the reasons that I choose that hotel. Rooms were ok, kind of outdated (we did not get those nice pictured rooms, but we got it with a terrace and the kids were beside us, so we thought it is ok. our room was missing a sitting furniture in front of the TV but we did not complain, we were in the outside area all the time. What was important for me with the booking (spring deal) that we got 15% discount on rooms and on restaurant consumption excluding drinks. That sounded like ok, as I knew from the location that nothing is close, no open restaurants closeby, we will need to eat mostly in the hotel. We had several lunches and all the dinners in the hotel plus the pool consumption. I thought I check with the reception on the second day if we get the 15% in the restaurant, as when we signed the bills it was not written on it. A lady said at the reception, do not worry you get the discount when you fix the bill. Ok. They said so, it shall be like that then. I went paying the bills the last evening after the dinner and then they say you get the 15% only on your first dinner. That is NOT what was in the booking, I even showed it to the receptionist. He said he cannot do anything only what he was told, but write en email and they will come back to me. I felt forced to pay, it was late and we still needed to pack and leave early morning. I wrote the same night and attached the booking deal and got NO answer, not after the other 2 reminder email neither. My husband and I am frequent travelers privat and with work, not complaining types, but this incorrect behavior is Unacceptable! Do not choose this hotel! They do not keep their offer!

    The location on the private beach was beautiful. The room was dated, but clean. We had a balcony and a seaside view. The staff was absolutely wonderful - so attentive and welcoming. Pino did a great job making us feel welcome. The receptionists were also very helpful - even arranging a car for us to get to the airport at 5:45am and they also provided a bagged breakfast for us. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected. The hotel itself wasn’t close to Sorrento, but they had a free shuttle that took you into the city daily. If you didn’t get on the shuttle, you could take the local bus just a short walk from the hotel. We found it nice to be outside the bustle of Sorrento, and in the quiet town of Meta. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
