    Perfect Location and Outstanding Service in Sorrento!

    Our family of four (parents with two adult children) stayed at the Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale for one night during our trip through southern Italy, and it was a fantastic experience. We were given two adjacent rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The room my wife and I shared featured a large, covered outdoor patio complete with a table and four chairs—a wonderful spot to relax. I also especially appreciated the outdoor stairs that led directly from the lobby up to our floor, adding a nice architectural touch and extra convenience. You cannot beat this location. The hotel sits right on the main shopping street, positioned perfectly between the train station and the port. It made arriving by train and exploring the town incredibly efficient. The breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Everything was tasty, and the cappuccino service was spot-on. The property is spotlessly clean, highly efficient, and offers just the right amount of attentive service without feeling overbearing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento!

    Really friendly and helpful staff. Both Anna's and Roberta do all they can to help you. Anna in the breakfast area, wow she does an amazing breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble and we cannot hear the busy street outside, because it really is soundproof. Central location, means you walk everywhere. Train and bus station, 5 min walk.

    Located above the Armani shop in the centre of Sorrento, walking distance to the water and the square. The room and bathroom was beautiful and super clean.Breakfast was great. Would recommend

    Stayed for 3 nights. Location is great if you arriving by train. Access is up a flight of stairs , so no good if you are disabled or infirm), there is a lift when you get to the top for your rooms. Staff friendly, very clean, room was lovely and so was bathroom except the shower! Takes ages to get the water warm and it is a trickle not very good when washing your hair, takes a while! (I have shoulder length hair). Fridge and kettle in room, if you want English tea take your own.Breakfast was ok only corn flakes or chocolate shells as cereals, no hot items just lukewarm boiled eggs. Small ham/cheese selection and croissants but a bit hard.
