  Hotel room clean.No bar in hotel. poor staff, not very helpful . Very few people at breakfast, poor selection, packaged bread, boiled eggs only hot food , poor selection of pastries, coffee pods , packet ham and cheese, like a hostel, i paid 1100euro for 6 day stay, but skipped breakfast as everything you asked for was a major ordeal, 40 min walk to centre . a lot better hotels available for half the rate. wouldn't stay here again.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this hotel. During my stay, my room was not serviced for two consecutive days. When I returned late at night, there were no clean towels, and was told nobody can help me. My guest and I were extremely frustrated and disappointed after a long day in the Italy summer heat.I also accidentally booked an extra night, and while I reached out to explain the situation and request a partial refund, I received no meaningful response for days—despite repeated follow-ups. I was told I would hear back, but no one ever got back to me.

  + Exceptional service extended to us by the receptionist named Irma. She went of the way to help us get the car in and then find the parking place. Also she was very polite and willing to provide any information we required+ Size and cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms- Almost impossible to find the hotel and enter with a car to reception area- Place and corridors are not airconditioned or even ventilated - extremely warm - Poor breakfast

  Thank you. I ve been there with my family. The place is very good. Also the man in the reseption is so friendly. Helped us in every question. The rooms are so clean. The view are great. Estuvimos con mi familia. Han preparado las camas como queriamos. La habitación muy limpia. El señor de la recepción es muy amable.

  New hotel with nice staff, clean rooms but somewhat tricky location

  The rooms are light and clean but a little narrow for two suitcases on the floor. Large and nice bathroom. Very calm area eventhough we were al little disturbed by construction work in the garden during our stay. Short walk to elevator down to the beach and harbour, a little too long to walk to Sorrento center. Difficult to drive car to the hotel, 2 gates and very narrow streets and sharp corners. Nice and helpful staff, eventhough very limited service during low-season.
