The centre of Sorrento is about 1 km from the hotel. Naples Airport is about 60 km away.

A hotel full of charm and a dash of spice !

Really excellent stay at Spicy. Quirky airy friendly. We looked forward to our return to the hotel every evening- after full active days.Very good breakfasts and what an assortment of cakes!!! We had a room with a beautiful view of the bay and the hotel is a pleasant walk to the town or a very short bus ride Staff are lovely. Especially Pasquale who on our arrival made us feel very welcome and quite “at home”Would love to stay there again

Completely different from what was advertised — horrible experience.

Worst hotel I stayed at in all of Europe.There was a musty smell in the room, dirt and insects everywhere.Breakfast runs out and they don’t restock the food.The staff’s service is terrible and disrespectful.And to top it all off, they charged an extra fee at the end that was never mentioned beforehand. Clean. Comfortable beds. AC that actually works. Plenty of hot water. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. Super helpful front desk. Loved having a fridge for cold water. They even gave us a bucket of ice when we asked - which was heavenly. Totally recommend. This hotel is in a pleasant location well away from the centre. Bus stop not too far (taxis are hugely expensive). Great view, our room was at the front. The hotel is very basic but it's clean and comfy. Sorrento is beautiful you really don't need to spend time in the hotel. Breakfast was OK or great if you you like cakes. The lady at breakfast and female receptionist were friendly & helpful. My message to the management would be to get in some extra staff to help at breakfast time

Claim to have a bar and restaurant… They have neither — or operate neither, I should say. Got a “discount” and was quoted a number with parking when I called. They decided to add another 20€ for parking when I arrived even though they quoted me including. The room is garbage and wouldn’t pay more than 50-60€ elsewhere but somehow stuck paying 140€/night. There’s much better for less than this place and will not be spending more than the one night here. The room was a quadruple one, we gave to you the best price ever but probably you did no appreciated it.If there is much better for less than the price we offered to you, you could choose another hotel and not us.
