    Charming Hotel with Great Location and Spacious Rooms

    I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Zi Teresa in Sorrento. The room was spacious, with a beautiful beach-facing balcony and an antique look that added to the charm. The ambiance throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, and check-in and check-out were smooth.Breakfast was average — mainly bread, butter, cereals, and fruits for vegetarians — but the staff kindly prepared some bread with pomodoro sauce on request, which was a nice gesture.Overall, a well-located hotel with character, comfort, and friendly service. A lovely place to stay in Sorrento!

    A centrally located hotel. Rooms cleaned daily Breakfast was fine. Eggs made to order ( no good if you don't like eggs!) Cakes,cereal, tea, coffee. More fruit would be nice. Staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing 🥶 I had to ask for the pool to be opened 1 day at 11am!! Young guy on the pool was very miserable. €3 per week for a pool towel. Roof top bar lovely but it shuts at 10.30pm sharp ( clearing away starts earlier!!)Beds and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. We didn't really sleep well all week Female staff member on Reception was friendly but the male staff were not. Even when checking out he never said thanks, or safe journey, or hope you've had a good time. So that wasn't very nice. It's quite a nice looking hotel, compared to others on the main roads. Restaurant over the road was amazing.

    We have just had a 10 day stay here. It's a good location being a short walk to the town centre , train station and port area. It is opposite a very popular restaurant and close to a main road so can be very noisy at times during the day and evening. The roof top terrace is lovely with a great views over the bay to Naples and Vesuvius. A nice relaxed place for an evening drink and watch yhe sun set. Our room(307) was basic but very clean and comfortable,the air conditioning was great and easy to control. The dinning room was nicely decorated and set out , buffet breakfast was nice and slightly varied each morning ( fresh coffee would have been nice instead of a machine ) . The staff were helpful and polite, and always available. All in all a nice relaxed little hotel, just a little noisy .

    Breakfast is a limited choice of eggs & continental style breakfast. A little more variation on the "cooked" breakfast would be good. Service staff were beyond excellent, great sense of humour & always a welcoming smile.No evening meal offered, although there is an excellent restaurant across the street 10m away. Cantinaccia del Popolo is a must. Be prepared to queue after 6.30 as there’s no booking, however it’s worth the 30 minute wait.Hotel needs teacoffee facilities in the bedroom as there’s no evening restaurant. Complimentary water in the mini fridge would be a good addition. Need to look at increasing the size of the showers, very restrictive to a person over 6 ft tall.The rooftop terrace is fabulous, great views over the Bay of Naples & obviously VesuviusIf you’re up for it, take the bus to Positano & get the boat back to Sorrento!!

    Love this hotel , very comfortable. It is bed and breakfast. The food is lovely lots to choose from in the morning. Breakfast is on until 10am . Would have like to seen a tea and coffee making facility in our room but wasn’t the end of the world . Staff are lovely and friendly. Steps up to hotel, no other way so not really for anyone with a disability. Also they drop you at another hotel and you have a bit of a walk to the zi teresa this is because coaches can’t pull up out side .It is a fair walk to the marina but once you are down there you can book all you excursions to capri , amalfi , positano . Suggest a comfortable pair of walking shoes .I also took an umber Ella has it got very hot walking around . Try the food at a place called AZZ , food amazing but get there early . I also got a lot of bites .
