    They charged me double and never refunded !

    A terrible hostel!!! They charged me double for the booking and after thousands of times of asking them to refund me they never did.The manager (Alberto ) promised me personally to fix it and refund me as soon as it s possible but he never kept his promise!!! He is just a liar!!! Avoid this place ! No kitchen,no activities organized by them,just nothing !!!! Just terrible! Give my money back!!!!

    I was in a 12 bed room that itself was good with enough space with amenities like plugs for every bed. The only problem was the bathroom, the shower was poorly built and there was nothing that was actually protect the rest of the bathroom from the water. Therefore the whole bathroom was always very wet, full of water and smelly. Hope they can resolve in the future. Also because is 25 euro a night in a 12 bed room which is on the highend side of typical hostel prices.

    I spent 3 days as a tourist . And was really surprised of this place! Close to the port and trains station,just perfect!

    Hotello provides decent value for money, with comfortable bunk beds and a nice downstairs bar. When sharing a room with 12, I think it would be nice to have more than 1 bathroom accessible. Admittedly, there was another shared bathroom on the hallway, but the floor of that toilet was usually to wet to use - for the shower this wasn't a problem. The lockers could be better (to have a locker rather than a drawer), but they are very spacious. Friendly team. Mind that the karaoke on Friday can be noisy until 12.30 am, especially on the first floor, but other nights it wasn't hard to sleep.A hostel is a hostel, but this was good value for money

    The place was nice, the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom is simple but clean; drinkable tap water was available. We had read about the place that it can be loud, due to the partying youth, but we didn't experience any disturbing noise around (of course, you can hear the city noises, but i think that is a small price for being in the middle of Trieste).In summary, it was good, we had searched for a place to sleep, to have a shower and to plan our city trip with the wifi :) and this place was perfectly enough for this.
