    Perfect setting in city centre- a BnB setting- reception + F&B in a very nearby other hotel

    Perfect for a city centre situation, this hotel is under the management of another hotel, the continental. Actually this hotel offers just the rooms ( all suites) in another building. A very nice setting. Parking service is under the responsibility of a valet company. Access to the hotel is not easy as the hotel is situated in a walking street. The apartment was very nice and has all amenities. A surprise with a jacuzzi bathtube. Air conditioning is average(old system + a window not closing perfectly).The building architecture is beautiful and there is a terrace all around the building for the apartment.Breakfast and reception in the other hotel. Very nice setting with waiter service. Not buffet. Globally worth the expense.

    Great location, very comfortable bed and quiet. However this is a suite for short term stays and as such it is missing logical things it should haveThere is a washing machine but no soap. A dishwasher and kitchen but no soap, sponge or dish towel. Are you supposed to buy all that in full sizes at the store for a few days use? These suites are owned by the Hotel around the corner where you check in and have breakfast. It seems like the Management think these are hotel ROOMS and treat them that way. You may as well save the extra cost and just stay in the hotel for all the use you get from the kitchen etc.The staff is very nice at the hotel.

    Amazing experience! We felt like we stayed in a private apartment - we got upgrade to a "room" that actually was a suite with separate bed room, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and 7(!!!) small balconies. All worked well, was clean, the bed was super comfortable... we would have loved to stay longer! Valet parking worked very well (since the hotel and its dependence in which our apartment was is in a pedestrian zone there´s no way to park your car), staff was friendly, and the bar for morning espresso and aperitivo just in front of our door. It can´t get any better!

    Gem in the heart of Trieste

    We stayed in one of the apartments of the hotel, situated in a heart of Trieste. The duplex was spacious, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with all the required amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Trieste.

    Nice but over priced hotel

    We had some issues getting to the hotel due to the very slow passport control at Trieste airport and so turned up about 12:30 in the morning. Once we found the hotel we rang the bell several times and did not notice the sign stating that if closed go to the Intercontinental on the other side of the pedestrian area. The receptionist came across and guided us to the other hotel where we booked in and then he came across, showed us the key to get in and up to the lift where we went up to our suite. The suite was a good size with a microwave, fridge, kettle, pots and pans etc.The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the room was quiet so we got a good nights sleep.The breakfast is in the other hotels' restaurant but it is less than a minute to walk across to it. Breakfast choice was not great - you have to choose your breakfast from a menu and it would have been better to have a buffet type.The hotel was quite expansive and I did not feel that it was worth the cost.
