Location

This design hotel is located in Turin city centre. Guests will reach a bus stop in around 50 m and the railway station in 1 km. The most important tourist attractions are situated in the near vicinity, including the Egyptian Museum and the Modern Art Gallery (both about 1.5 km), the Royal Palace and the Film Museum (both 2 km), and the stadium (3 km). It is approximately a two-hour drive to Milan.

Facility

The hotel has 6 junior suites, 20 single rooms and 61 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR FREE!!

    We booked this hotel from 23-24 May 2026. The temperature inside the room was 38 degree celsius and the hotel refused to switch on the air conditioner OR provide us a fan. The whole night people were shouting and we could hear the same in the room and couldn't sleep for more than 30 minutes.We requested for early breakfast (for which we paid additional 20 Euros) and the receptionist agreed. However, while changing the duty, she didn't pass on the instructions to the next duty manager and as expected they didn't provide us the breakfast (the guy did give us coffee and water).Overall, it was a traumatic experience. So, please avoid this hotel.

    The hotel its self was okay with nice staff, but the breakfast was very underwhelming with not much choice and not many staff members. And the heating in are room didn’t work and the shower was freezing cold.

    Nice hotel. We stayed for two nights, good breakfast included. First night, no complaints however second night our room was not cleaned and we was not given any clean towels. My partner went to ask, and they said they would bring towels up however never did and my partner had to go down and ask again and get them himself. Room was a bit worm and needs refubishing, wouldnt say its a 4 star.

    Our check in was courteous and fine, the ground floor public rooms had marble flooring, a spacious small library, but the out door space at the rear where smokers go was filthy, cigarette ends on the ground, leaves, dirt, uncleaned, spaces, empty plates not removed from tables. Not a great, first impression. We then took a very small, old, two person shaky lift to our floor. Historic, but fun. Then....a bedroom that was a dirty hostel. After discussing our disappointment with the receptionist, there are two receptionists we were told, used to be seven, two cleaners, used to be many more, and learning that the new hotel owners had cut staff and amenities, we asked for a different room. None available, because in many rooms the aircon was broken, so we could not be moved, as it would be worse for us. Next morning breakfast was mediocre, air con not good. We were moved shortly afterwards to the room next door to an 'upgraded room'. It was another dirty hostel, similar to the first. Not filthy but unclean, I get that, if the cleaning staff have been cut. Time for action. We took circa 20 pictures of the disappointments we had experienced, and the next day we were moved by the travel company we had booked. Then things improved, when we were moved to the Residence Sacchi, on via Sacchi, literally around the corner from the disappointment we had experienced. I recommend this place. First class apartment, lounge, kitchen, great bathroom, loads of space, no views but that did not matter. Check in, help with travel, restaurants, no trouble at all. Exemplary. Thank you Via Sacchi. The management of Boston Art Hotel please improve your hotel, the comments are dreadful, you have much potential, and you completely spoiled the first few days of our holiday, and cost us money! We had to pay tourist tax twice! I emailed your hotel about the bad, new reviews before we left the UK and asked for a good room, but did not receive a response, Shame. Never mind. Italy is special.
