    Ok stay but good pillows

    The hotel is an old building however BNB is trying to refresh the atmosphere a bit.. hotel services are basic, ac & bathroom are dated, the flow of water in the shower is scarce, the breakfast is good across all the chain structures. We are talking about a no frill hotel chain so i wasn’t expecting too much. The hotel has microwave and a selection of amenities and food available to buy at the lobby. Mattresses, pillows and duvet very comfortable in this hotel, among the best experienced in hotels, superior than other hotels and hotels of the same brand.

    The staff were exceptionally friendly and consistently willing to assist with any request. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. In addition, the breakfast was of very good quality.Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and a pleasant dining experience contributed to a highly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

    The hotel is basic with basic amenities one may need but important is the location and the access to the highway and the city. Also the staffs are very nice and professional. It is also equipped with air-conditions. Parking costs 5 euro per night. There is a large supermarket just beside the hotel. Breakfast is simple but is fine. The bathroom needs to be really renovated as it has leakage and has rusty metals too. The beds are comfortable and room is of good size.

    My stay at B&B Hotel Torino Orbassano was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Instead of welcoming guests, they acted annoyed whenever I asked a simple question, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about providing good service.The room service was just as bad. Requests were either ignored or took hours to be handled, and when they finally showed up, the staff were rude and dismissive. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.On top of that, the overall attitude of both the front desk and room service people made the entire experience stressful rather than relaxing. If you expect basic courtesy or professionalism, look elsewhere — this hotel is not worth the money.

    The staff was super efficient and friendly and helped us with a good restaurant. The room and bathroom are very clean and the bed linen was crisp and clean. Good and safe parking. Very good breakfast. We will recomend this hotel and use it again.
