  Calm & clean location, available secure parking, beautiful breakfast terrace, breakfast is OK, and friendly breakfast staff. Working desk is available and OK. Flat T.V and channels are OK.Standard room size is very small without any view! Bed size is very small, WiFi was slow and A/C was not working, room bathroom is big and fine.   One night stay, great value and good hotel

  Fairly late arrival but welcome at reception was friendly and efficient. Room small but adequate and although clearly this is an old hotel and could do with a facelift, there was nothing at all to complain about. Breakfast next morning was very good and overall the value is excellent. WiFi ok and parking was secure.   Neat but sloppy

  Nice and a little trendy. Good breakfast buffet and location. Small gym is free. No balcony, no restaurant, no bar! Bus into the city is just outside, takes 40 min, runs every 15 min. But in our suite there was a broken lamp, the door lock didn't work, there was a drain in the shower and no batteries in the remote. Bad wi-fi that rarely worked. So we had mixed feelings. You didn’t say anything about your inconvenient at the reception, so we could not solve it, for example as regards the wi-fi or the batteries for the remote.   Bit of a mixed experience, friendly desk staff, clean spacious room overlooking the river. Breakfast is nothing special, usual continental breakfast, pastries didn't seem so fresh by 9am each day, prob need to be up at breakfast by 7:30. Boiled eggs were liquid on inside, a guest at an adjacent table didn't realise this until too late and made a mess of their clothes. Lots of pre-packaged biscuits and sweets, would prefer something fresher. Yoghurt was nice.Shower unusable unless holding the shower head which was awkward, otherwise bathroom ok, again nothing to make it a particularly special stay. Throughout the night, every night, a loud rumbling/vibrating noise would be heard in the wall by the door. The noise would rumble about 10-15 times, five times a night, and continued throughout the day. May have been something to do with the air conditioning or the water system, whatever systems they have running throughout the wall/ceiling cavity. Would happen whether we had our air con on or not and if the water was running or not so seemingly nothing to do with that specific room. had to shimmy past water which was coming out of the ceiling in the hallway outside the door, told the reception, it seems to be an ongoing issue with their air-con. The reception staff were very accommodating while we were staying, if we needed anything we just had to ask. Downsides were the lackluster breakfast, no options for evening dining during August, the incessant noise in the walls/ceiling at night preventing sleep, and the dripping ceiling, otherwise OK. Major issue my partner had on calling the hotel after our departure. The taxi driver which the hotel booked for us, swore at us the entire journey and decided to scam us (The taxi company is called TaxiTorino, taxi licence number was 631, avoid at all costs). My partner called the hotel to try to get from our friends who were still there and he says the hotel reception just hung up on him.
