    This is slightly outside the city centre, but its so easy to get to and from the centre, the savings are worth itThere's good food options in walking distanceThe hotel room was spacious and comfortable Staff super friendly and helpfulWould definitely use again

    Hotel not close to downtown Turin

    We had two elevators here but still only good for four passengers with suitcases. Fortunately, several of us were on the first floor so it did not take long to get to our rooms. We were in Room 118. We had a nice large bed with plenty of room, but only one rack for our suitcases (put mine on the long desk). The desk was a nice work area with an electrical outlet, but the light did not amount to much. There was an in-room safe, a small refrigerator, and a hot pot with a selection of teas. The bathroom had one of those odd square showers where the door opens in two directions. We also had a bidet as well as a toilet.

    Firstly Maria on reception, lovely Happy and very helpful. One night stopover in Turin on returning from Italy back to the UK. Lovely spacious room 734….. excellent air con and all amenities provided. Super comfy massive Bed. Fantastic restaurant, efficient friendly waitress with a vast menu choices. On site parking. Beautiful breakfast on leaving. Will definitely book this Holiday Inn again. 5*****

    Very large and comfortable room, good breakfast, good facilities. Quite a long way from the city centre, but public transport links are available.     The two stars are for cleanliness and an adequate breakfast. We had reserved a premium room and upon arrival were assigned a room on the second floor. Upon entering, I realized it was not a premium room; and after calling the front desk, I was told that the premium rooms were on the upper floors and were too warm because the hotel had not yet turned on the air conditioning. Yet why were we not informed of this upon check in? Why pretend that you are being given a premium room when it was not? We spent three miserable nights trying to sleep with the windows open to get some cool air and were awakened multiple times by horns honking, people partying, motorcycles zooming etc. To add insult to injury, we were billed for the premium room upon departure even though we had been told previously that the bill would be adjusted since we did not get the room we had reserved. The bill was finally adjusted but would not have been if we had not been vigilant. No apology from the hotel. And in this day and age, what chain hotel does not have AC? We have stayed in this hotel in the past, mainly because of location, but will never go back again.
