    Fantastic Stay in Pinerolo!

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff (Martina, Jada, Chimmy, Roberto, Enzo, and Blessing) were outstanding—helpful, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their excellent service made my stay feel special. The food was delicious, with every dish crafted to perfection. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and great cuisine. I can’t wait to return!

    Stayed here with my sister and it was a lovely stay. Room was spacious and clean, and staff is really polite and helpful and the breakfast is varied and had a bit for everyone. We had to extend of one night, and the extension went smoothly as the staff at reception was very helpful I would come back here if I am back in the area as I enjoyed my stay.

    We have spent the last week (unplanned) in this hotel due to an unforeseen issue with our travel home from a family holiday in Sestriere. The staff couldn’t have done more to make our time here enjoyable and I would highly recommend a stay if others are considering. The food is exceptional and there are plenty of other good restaurants in the vicinity if you fancy a change. Pinarolo and the surrounding area is also lovely. Special thanks to Sveva and Giada (and all the staff) for going ‘above and beyond’ 😊

    I have dementia and recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful from special signage to warm kind smiles. What the hotel lacked in physical dementia friendly they made up for in bucketfuls by simply listening and doing everything they could to make our stay superb. A special mention has to go to our Waiter Francesca who looked after us each evening with humour, kindness and professionalism.
