The hotel complex is located in the heart of town on Via Lagrange and is only a few metres from the Via Roma. It is 200 m to the railway station Porta Nuova, and the hotel is only a few blocks away from the Palazzo Reale and the Mole Antonelliana. Lingotto, a conference and event centre, is 4 km away, the Sandro Pertini International Airport is about 16 km away.

The hotel was built in 1850. The hotel has 5 suites, 43 single rooms and 91 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Air con only available between 9am and 3pm be prepared to sweat at night!

    Sadly my stay was very disappointing, On arrival at the hotel around 9pm, our room was extremely hot around 28 degrees, I could not get the aircon to work, I called reception who advised me that the aircon was only available between 9am and 3pm! So we spent 3 days sleeping with the windows open listening to workers, chefs, bartenders having a cigarette on their break and wheelie bins and glass bins being pushed around the inner courtyard all night, I was not informed of this before my arrival and it is frankly unacceptable. On top of this we only had 4 hangers for our clothes and the Tv did not work for the duration of our stay, maintenance attended, attempted to fix it, could not fix it, reported it to reception and that was that, no offer to move to another room, no communication or redress. For over 200 Euros a night you can find a much better hotel in the local area. Sadly I wont be returning.

    Good value quality hotel that is very conveniently located within a short walk of Torino Porto Nuova train station, with several nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent continental and cooked breakfast included. Prompt efficient service by reception staff. No complaints, would stay here again.

    Well located minutes from the Porta Nova train station and the main shopping streets this hotel was really great. Nice people, spacious room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom (with robe and towel heater !) and a breakfast known as “the best in town”. Incredible spread each morning. There was also a small bar with very nice bartender. I really loved this place, it was modern, very comfortable and convenient. Not sure if there was a gym, I did not try. Would return in a heartbeat!

    We had the most wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location. The staff are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much. Marianne was super helpful ! Breakfast was fantastic. We travel a lot but this was a great experience ! Recommend 100%! Grazie Mille ! Mia

    The hotel’s location is central and highly convenient. The overall atmosphere — from the lobby to the breakfast area and rooms — is solid, and the rooms themselves are spacious, clean, well-insulated, and equipped with comfortable beds. Service quality stands out: housekeeping consistently replenishes all amenities, including bottled water, which is a thoughtful operational detail. Breakfast is strong as well, and when I needed to check out before service hours, the team proactively prepared a take-away bag upon request.
