    No proper air conditioning- controlled centrally and locked at 26/27 degrees

    Not real air conditioning – hotel-wide restrictionI booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. In reality, the system is locked so rooms can only be set to 26–27 °C. That is far too warm to be considered air conditioning — it only prevents overheating.When I complained, staff dismissed my concerns, saying the room was “not warm” and even claimed I must be “used to a different kind of air conditioning with gas.” This is nonsense: all modern AC systems use refrigerant gas and should cool to 21–24 °C.To try to justify this, staff showed me the temperature in other rooms — and they were all stuck at the same high level. It’s not just my room; it’s the entire hotel. Despite explaining that I was sweating and couldn’t sleep, I was refused a fan, a room change, or any solution. The receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders, offered no apology, and made it clear nothing would be done.If you expect real cooling and a comfortable night’s sleep, you will be disappointed here.

    Hotel is in an excellent location and the room upstairs was clean and tidy (the hotel has two floors). There is also a supermarket within 1 minute from the hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast is basic but has most of what you’d need. It was still good for the price.

    I spent two nights here whilst visiting for the atp finals, the location was just perfect for my needs: an eight minutes walk from the train station and right next to the tram station for “linea 4” that brings you directly to inalpi arena.The personnel at the reception was very kind and friendly and the reception itself is open 24/7.The area is good, close to the station but in a nice, quiet, alley and it’s a 30 minutes walk max to the city center. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

    No lift hotel

    This hotel doesn't have a lift & only on two floors. We requested a room on the ground floor prior to arrival, but got a room on the first floor(with 25 steps from.reception). Fortunately the receptionists helped us with our luggage. They are very helpful , friendly and efficient👍It's about 20-25 mins on foot to the center. There are trams ; buses on the main road, so public transport is a good option to walking.

    The reservation team is very bad.They don't have any problem to earn money for a service which was not delivered. And I am speaking here about low season !Their excuse is that they treat all their customers "equally" like this 😂Just keep distance !
