    GOOD HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN TURIN, ITALY

    We had a reservation at an apartment in Turin for two nights but due to a miscommunication we were not able to find the key to get in when we arrived. I drove to The Hotel Italia and luckily was able to get a room for one night without a reservation. It was an older hotel with a small but adequate room. The man at the front desk was very nice and saved us a parking place right in front of the hotel. He also gave us the name of a good restaurant called Giovanni which was right around the corner.

    It was a horrible experience living in a hotel with no heat , moled walls and no water in the bathroom. The stuff was rude and not helpful at all . I’m very disappointed and it doesn’t worth the money for a place like this

    I can barely give this hotel one star but that’s the lowest I can go. The rooms are TINY, dark and in need of refurbishment. Our bathroom was furnished with a walk in shower covered by curtain hanging on a flimsy rail. All furnishings in the room were poor. Shelves had been taken off our bedroom wall and had left unpainted marks beneath. Some even showing rawl plugs. Staff were pleasant and our one and only bed covering (a sheet!) was clean. This hotel purports to be a 3 star. NEVER in a million years!

    Such a nice hotel with very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, delicious continental breakfast and just a short walk from Torino Porta Nuova. Very happy with my choice of hotel, I will certainly stay again when in Turin. A very good deal for the price

    My experience is bad. I stayed 3 nights. Ok, room was clean, but toilet was disgusting, water in the shower did not flow properly. During the night there were some noises, like some water flush in the pipes, really loud. Breakfast was ok, but I had problems with finding clean cup for a tea. Plus is only for location. I have been to a few hotels i Turin and this one was the worst. I am sorry to say that but maybe this will make owner think to invest some money in the business.
