    Arrived at night and needed to plan travel for next day, the man on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He organised a taxi for the morning and also confirmed which train to use to arrive by early morning. Room was lovely and clean. Large bathroom. Perfect as a stop after a long day of travelling.     we will never come back again,We used to come to this hotel, both for its convenience near the airport and for the very good restaurant, unfortunately the management has changed and given my allergy I ordered a porcini mushroom risotto without the amaretti, and after waiting almost an hour since I had finished the appetizer, it finally arrived WITH THE AMARETTI, luckily I noticed it before eating and I gave it back, I asked for the bill and they brought me a bill placing it directly on the table without a container, as it should be in any restaurant I put the money on the table, never seen in my life, the bathroom in the room had only one 10 ml bottle of shower gel and one of youth hostel-style shampoo, for 2 people, but the surprise came when the waiter first collected the bill and the cash, then brought them back telling me that we had to go and pay at the reception. But it didn't end there. When we arrived to pay at the reception, we met an old acquaintance of ours, the manager of a property from which we had escaped a few years ago. The rooms were filthy, full of cobwebs, and the restaurant allowed smoking inside. How unfortunate! I strongly advise against wasting your money at the Jet Hotel in Caselle Torinese.     Rude resturant staff and small rooms

    Stayed because my flight was cancelled. Rooms are OK for an forced overnight stop, but not particularly comfortable and small. The worst factor is the resturant where the staff are the rudest I have ever experianced and for Italy the quality of the food is a disgrace. In compensation the staff at brefast are friendly and the breakfast is good!     The Jet Hotel is located very close to Turin Airport, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers with early flights or short stays. The hotel building itself is quite beautiful — a charming, older structure that adds character and a unique atmosphere compared to modern chain hotels.The rooms are decent and clean, offering the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was the main downside of the stay.Breakfast was quite basic with limited options, so don’t expect anything elaborate. It’s sufficient if you're in a hurry, but not ideal for those looking to enjoy a fuller morning meal.Overall, the hotel serves its purpose for short stays near the airport, with a lovely exterior and fair rooms, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and breakfast variety.     Awful room.Small. Dirty. Door opens without key (dangerous). 1 pillow on bed as standard. Not a 4 star hotel - it is disgusting..
