    Great location a short walk from the royal palace and main arcades.The pizzaria being adjacent is very handy.Staff friendly and helpful with one exception.

    Location is 15 minutes’ walk from railway and very close important visiting sites of the city. Room is nice and clean, reception staff was nice and speed English fluently. Breakfast is limited to premade egg omelets and very limited food option, desert option is great and big selection.

    Very Noisey and Unsympathetic Staff

    I had prepaid a full 7 nights standard room, but was preassigned rm 205 directly above their entrance and the restaurant next door with outdoor seating. Crowd noise lasted beyond 1AM. Stuffy hotel staff 3 (except for 1 nice front desk woman) all said they were fully booked and couldn't move me to another standard room during my entire stay, unless I wanted to pay more to upgrade, when I knew and witnessed guests were checking in and out daily. I don't like being treated like that as a single solo female, thinking a woman has less say than a couple or a male solo traveler!! I heard snoring thru the thin walls almost every single night as well as the plumbing needless to say. They do offer an adequate comp breakfast, but forget watching any English news channels on the desktop size wall mounted TV. The small lobby area is not inviting, just like the reception area. There are so many other choices for accommodations and even if you choose not to tour this wonderful walkable city, there is so much public transportation with the cashless credit card payment process on the busses to utilize! So unfortunately I prepaid for my 7 days, otherwise I would have skedadled right out of there after the first noisey night . I just find that even though your not staying in your hotel that much, unfriendly staff and bad rooms tend to sour your impressions of a city. Luckily I still would recommend Torino for a nice 5 day visit, just not at Le Petit Hotel, if you can avoid it.

    Maybe the best value/price ratio hotel in Turin

    Our stay in the hotel was quite pleasant. We had our doubts at first when we saw some of the traveler photos, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised.The big plus is the hotel location - perfectly situated in the center of Turin, most of the important sites are within 5-8 mins walk.Staff was kind and helpful (i.e. we asked for a late check-out and there was no problem for this).Room (double) was very clean and spacious. Sheets were changed on a daily basis.Bathroom was the same - clean, tidy, plenty of towels.Air conditioning was working and for the November the room was warm and comfortable.On the 4th floor we had a balcony also with a nice view to one of the side streets.Sleeping quality was also good since the hotel is not located on the busiest traffic streets and during the night it was very quiet.Breakfast was nice, not so much things to choose from but coffee and some snacks like croissant and sandwiches were fresh.

    As the people working here,long lemon faces,all of them unpolite with tourists,Why Antonio?why chief manager?GO home,or FIND another job not conecting with people. So is petit hotelLost of money and Time,they ofered us a very bad city break în Turin Italy.I ll never come back.
