    Not in the center but great quality

    From our window we could see the river Dora which flows just behind the hotel and the snow-capped Alps in the distance. The bed was one of the widest we've ever slept in and the room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had shower and bidet. Buffet breakfast was varied.

    We had an amazing experience in this hotel! Staff is very kind, always smiling and help with everything. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of to choose from. The cakes - insane!🤤😍 Place is good, you can walk to the city center.     The Pacific Hotel Fortino claims to be 4*on booking.com. In my humble opinion it is maximum 3*. It must have even less& but it’s personnel improves the impression. The lady at the counter spoke fluent decent English and Russian and was very helpful. The rest was poor. Tired rooms need renovation and a more light. It was December 29th, Sunday and the restaurant in this hotel was closed, so we were not able even to use room service. Water in the tap was miserable and we could hardly take a shower. In the result, if you do not care about room service, shower, decoration and comfort it is a nice hotel to stay in.     Surprisingly good location and friendly staff

    It was very good location for an event. Good breakfast too but don't be late or it will be gone ! I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a large room which was called 'Alighieri' which was very comfortable. I would stay again. Only down side for me that there was no food available Sunday evening,or room service, not sure if that is the case all year round but experienced travellers might expect more of this type of service in a good hotel.     This is a 3 star average business hotel. Prices are moderate, rooms old fashioned, breakfast is the best part of the hotel. They do not have iron in the room but if you ask from reception they do not have either. Location is close to center. Hotel needs a refurbishment.
