    Very nice experience. The rooms are not luxury but comfortable - I would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room. The spa is great. The FRE restaurant is an event! Micaela was really helpful and all the staff are very nice and professional - everything we asked was addressed quickly and with a smile. The region is gorgeous and we had great time!

    Hidden gem in Piedmont!3 par golf course, Michelin star restaurant, the best service and attention.We really enjoyed our stay here. I actually made the reservation the wrong dates and they were flexible to accommodate. Looking forward to coming back

    Stunning location and accomodation in Piemonte

    My husband and I had the pleasure to stay at Reva with a group of fellow wine professionals in December. I visited Reva once before for a spa day after a wine tasting trip. This time, I stayed at Reva and enjoyed their restaurant and wines in addition to the fantastic spa. In short, this is an absolutely beautiful place to have a relaxing stay or use as a base to explore Barolo and Barbaresco. Our room was absolutely stunning with a huge terrace with views of the property's vineyards. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic and we loved the interesting and inventive dishes prepared by the chef paired with Reva wines. The spa is incredible, the highlight being the gorgeous pool with floor to ceiling windows of the vineyards.     COLD SHOWER!!!!

    Cold water in the showers and staff highly unprepared. It is a real pity because the place is lovely, but the management does not stand up for it...Showers are often cold, in some rooms always (for example room 8), in others they are cold at peak times, and medium warm (38 degrees) during non-peak hours. It is the third time that we come here, and the third time we experience such an issue: we stayed in room 11, 13, 8, 1 and it’s always the same story. On top of that, yesterday at the spa there was a party of 8 drunk people, very loud, who were screaming like they were at the stadium, drank and spilled wine all around the spa. They were absolutely inappropriate and also violent to those asking for silence.The staff, instead of calming them/asking them to leave, provided them real glasses and bottles of wine in the SPA, which was unnecessary given their state, and very dangerous in a place were people walk barefoot. reva_monforte, Responsabile reception at Reva Resort, responded to this review Dear Guests,Thank you for your feedback.     I would say one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. For the reason: the service is bad and not available, beetle in the rooms, staff rude and not helpful, from a minibar you can not speak but you have to pay for it, no tv. I recommend you only one, if you are in alba there is only one top hotel: ARBORINA RELAIS reva_monforte, Responsabile reception at Reva Resort, responded to this review Dear Guests,We are terrible sorry for this bad review (which we do not consider actually real) and terrible sorry that you use our page to promote another (certailnly valid) resort.The beetle you are talking about is a sting bug ("cimice"), an innocuous insect coming for Asian countries who is invading our countrysides expecially in Autumn season.We perfectly know the problem (as all other resorts in the area) and for this reason we clean all the rooms properly. We are sure that there wasn't any insect at your arrival but we don't know if some of them entered your room while you left the door/window opened.We repeat again: we are doing all our best, but we are surrounded by the vinewards and nature: it's quite difficult to remove all of them! Expecially because we are an organic farm stay and we don't use pesticides! The minibar is not for free as normally happens in the hotels/ resorts.Best regards,Staff Réva
