    We stayed in this lovely hotel before Christmas.We had really good stay.The room, the lobby are very cosy and the hotel is in a central location.The staff also is professional and curteous.We really love our stay from beginning to end and we would like to stay again maybe in summer time or different season.

    We spent 3 days in Aosta. Hotel is in a great location next to old city center. Hotel was nice. Room was a bit small and no tub - shower only. breakfast was good. make sure you reserve parking before you get there.

    We spent 5 nights here, comfortably based to explore the Val d'Aosta. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and well located in the center of Aosta's "old town." Staff is helpful and polite and the room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is good and the coffee is excellent. Hotel parking is limited but the paid lot is not far; one can unload and load luggage at the hotel before going to park.

    The hotel itself is fine. Yet, communication leaves a lot to be desired. After my stay I realized I had left my jacket in the room, which was confirmed to be found. I immediately offered to arrange my own courier to collect it, but was assured that hotel would handle the return. Then.. silence for three weeks despite my follow-up emails. Eventually, I received the message that the jacket was sent to my address - without my confirmation and using the courier service which charged me 60 euros, while I could have arranged it myself for just 15. Very disappointing handling of a simple matter that could have been resolved with one clear email:-(
