    I've worked in the travel industry for 12+ years and have worked in luxury hotels as well and this was one of my all-time favourite stays. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Every aspect from check-in/out, to the pool & sauna, to the hotel bar and restaurants was luxury. The attention to detail and quality design in every corner of the hotel was noticed and appreciated by myself. I found the onsite restaurants and bar to be very well priced as well.

    A romantic scenery in the centre of Bolzano, classic and contemporary in one go. A warm atmosphere with the use of nice colours and materials on wals and floors. A great, heated swimming pool in a garden that feels like a small city park. NIce bar, restaurants, yoga facility ecc. Our room was basic but very clean, good sanitary and with great beds. A plus is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Last but not least, hotel staff that makes time for you, makes you feel at ease and at home.

    I loved everything about this beautifully curated hotel but the thing I appreciated most was the fact that it is a local hub for connectivity. The nightly artistic talks, dancing, yoga - Pilates studio, all so well attended by locals of all demographics. A hotel that is able to create such a hub is a joy to experience.

    Relaxed stay in the heart of the city

    I loved the location, the atmosphere. Great value for money and super clean and given right in the city the noise level was very low. I stayed in junior suite and felt that the room size was great. My only issue was the amount of storage. For such a large room there really was very little storage and hanging space. I also felt the desk placement under the TV didn't work in the room. You could easily add a small chest of drawers under the TV and then move the desk next to the wardrobe. The other thing was only having 2 tea bags in the room. A small basket of some teas and even instant coffee would be very welcome. I don't think you need to have a coffee machine in every room just a kettle is fine but have tea & coffee options for guests. Service was friendly. The bar, the garden and pool area a real delight. I would recommend and stay again.
