  Great location, good atmosphere. Rooms basic but great. All amenities and once tucked up for the night just so cozy. Great location with just a short slippery walk to town.

  3rd stay in this hotel. It's pretty basic, but the rooms are more than adequate, the food is very good, with a decent selection and the location is perfect - right next to the link lift for Sauze and also the high chair to access all of Sestriere, a short walk in the morning and you can ski to the hotel car park in the afternoon. This hotel is used by many schools during the holidays and is often full of kids as a result. Every single one of the staff I have dealt with during the times I have stayed here have been professional, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you are looking a good base to go skiing, then look no further. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then perhaps consider something else.

  the toilet had a cigarette bud in it on the second day there was ash was everywhere I said to the cleaner not to smoke and i saw the same one smoking in my room the next day would not go back. if you do go here eat out as much as you can. and do not eat the.

  The food was absolutely amazing. Rooms were awful, so small, hair everywhere.If you had a 4 person room,with two doubles, you wouldn't even be able to open the balcony door, without completely folding up the beds. WiFi is quite slow, but is expected in such a big hotel. The lifts were so slow. If you accidentally left your room without the key, you would have to go down to reception to get a spare key, which they weren't happy at all about. The staff were kind and spoke good English. Stairways absolutely stinking, Cleaners smoked constantly. Cigarette butts everywhere, some sort of brown liquid mixed with cigarettes, that from previous reviews has been there for quite some time. Short walk from the slopes, but had to go up and down some awful stairs. Went with my school so don't really know if this applies to everybody, No lockers, so had to keep poles, hats and boots upstairs in our rooms which wasn't very easy, when the lifts were so slow. There were 7 floors in each tower and 9 rooms in each but only 2 lifts. when you are all coming back from, dinner, skiing, entertainment so not very ideal.   Absolutely disgusting never come her live plugs sticking out of the wall: massive fire risk but also 3 plugs not working due to Brocken and caved in sockets.
