Location

Quarto d'Altino is located between the largest cities of Veneto. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, the river Sile, a train station, a bus station and other public transport within the surrounding area. Hotel guests are able to explore the tourist spots in the area easily, including the unique island of Venice, Burano, Murano and Torcello or simply the beautiful landscape.     we were staying in another hotel and we were not happy there, we arrived at 7h30 in the morning at the desk and I think it was Francesca who helped us and was very helpfull - we explained the situation and she offered us a big room for 4 people, she proposed herself to go and see the room before we accepted it - the room was ok and the airconditioning was working like it should be working (not like in the other accomodation) - the breakfast was ok but not more than that

    Lovely hotel just outside Venice, staff couldn't be more accommodating, they are very professional but also extremely friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and very big. Breakfast was continental and more than enough to get you started for the day.Will definitely stay again and will recommend to everyone.Thank you to all the staff who made a very difficult time for us a bit brighter x Lovely hotel just outside Venice, staff couldn't be more accommodating, they are very professional but also extremely friendly.     DO NOT STAY HERE- BED BUGS AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE

    We stayed here as a part of a contiki group. I had a private room with my brother. In the morning we woke up to 2 girls who found bed bugs screaming. We were grossed out but didn't think much into it. We arrived later that night around 10 pm to find out all our belongings were moved and touched to a different room on the other side of hotel. Very unprofessional and in plastic bags (my things are nice i was shocked to know they touched and moved my things without consent.) We continued to make the most of the night and still didn't make a big deal until yet again, i am sitting on the bed and see a huge juicy bed bug that already sucked blood and was visible on my belongings and others. I was shocked and grossed out by 1AM i went to the main lobby shook and the guy working there told me it wasn't his problem and that they already moved me and there were no other rooms available. He then told me to move my things to lobby and sleep in my bed bug infested room. I refused and told him to call his boss who told me they would move me after seeing how angry and treating them. To later go to that hotel and find out that i still had to pay for the other hotel as well when they said they would take care of me really they meant good luck leave. They lied and didn't care to assist. Would never travel with contiki again i don't like to ever be in this situation again and would never stay at a hotel with such poor customer care and lack of sanitation.

    Stayed here as part of a Contiki tour. The hotel is dated and not close to anything worth while. We were lucky enough to get a room with a working air conditioner and let me tell you, we were #blessed. Venice and the surrounding areas is hot and humid and AC is essential. Those on our trip who did not get a room with working AC opened their windows to find no fly screens and we eaten alive by mosquitoes in their sleep! one person said they had a functioning bar fridge in their room but I think that might be a myth. The shower is so tiny that you can barely fit inside and close the doors. The toilet is in the same room as the shower which makes it difficult for people who are sharing a room with a stranger backpacker style. the food was terrible and let's be honest people go to Italy for the food.Overall had an awful experience and will not be returning.

    Average hotel, average facilities, average breakfast. This hotel is relatively cheap and good to sleep and trips. to life is not interesting. For trips to Venice, but it is good. The sea had a bit far.I would definitely stay at another hotel elected.
