  First time to this hotel...we stayed for 3 nights but would have loved to stay longer. Stunning hotel, clean and modern but with romantic Venetian touches. The staff are amazing, so friendly - especially reception ladies and Nicola is absolutely fantastic and he is the the best Campari Spritz maker in Venice! Such a clean hotel, so helpful with any questions and fantastic ladies serving breakfast and fabulous cappuccino in the mornings. Huge bath & lovely toiletries all complementary - We will be back!   Super nice hotell 🏨

  I had the best night in Italy at this hotel! Was traveling alone and got a super nice single room. It was clean and had a very nice bathroom. The staff was always smiling and happy to help. A super nice breakfast, nice little bar area and I even enjoyed a glass of prosecco at their balcony looking down at the Main Street. I highly recommend this hotel!   Guglie Gem!

  Not far from Guglie Bridge & behind an unassuming doorway is the entrance to this hidden gem of a hotel.We were greeted on arrival by very friendly staff & were duly informed that our room had been upgraded to a more spacious option with balcony overlooking the the main thoroughfare- great for people watching whilst having a morning coffee. The room is well soundproofed so the hustle & bustle can be shut off at bedtime! For breakfast we were shown up to the very grand & almost palatial mezzanine floor where awaited us a feast of Italian cooking from freshly prepared fruit, cured meats, cheeses, pastries & hot options all washed down with a selection of juices & barista made coffee & served by a very attentive member of staff. The reception team had some great advice for getting out & about & greeted us on our return each day.Our first visit to Venice was a wonderful experience & made all the better from our stay at Arcadia Hotel.   Beautiful Rooms and Delicious Breakfast

  This was my second time staying at this property, and both visits were excellent. On my first trip, I booked a triple room, and this time I stayed in a double. Both room types were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast buffet is fabulous with plenty of variety and fresh options.   Avoid this hotel at all costs they are unethical and simply soleless. I booked a vacation for my elderly parents bought the trip insurance and quickly realized my mom wasnt comfortable with the boat transfers to go to and from. I cancelled the trip on Travelocity and was told I cancelled in the wrong order travelocity did agree to refunded everything but said this hotel wouldn't budge or reduce at all the $800+ I had paid them for my parents trip. Remember this was less than 24hrs after booking the reservation wasnt showing in their system when they were asked...they were rude and unprofessional. This has lead my parents to insisting on paying the 800+ dollars and are now refusing to consider another trip. Arcadia hotel what you did was mean spirited and in my opinion unethical. Remember karma does exist and I hope no one else spends their money in a hotel that is so desperate for $$ doesnt sound like a very popular place to me. However, we would like to clarify that the room booked through an online agency at our hotel was a "non-refundable and paid" reservation, as clearly stated at the time of booking and all cancellation policies were communicated transparently.Less imprudence and higher cleverness in chooosing a flexible option or a direct contact with the hotel would have save losses of money and time for both odf us. Elder persons need respect and have different times and needs than youngs, and it could have been really advidsed to organise with them a long e not easy journey and not alone, imposing it to them. In accordance with the conditions of the booking we are unable to issue refunds just for a changing of idea. Nowadays it is common knowledge that when you book a 'not-refundable' service there is no possibility of refund in the event of cancellation, not even partial, and we are surprised that you are attacking the hotel for something that is not their fault. To recap, you booked a hotel in the historic center of Venice for your parents (with health problems), precisely a "not-refundable and prepaid" double room, without checking in the slightest with us or via the internet (the same one you are using to defame us and vent your frustration) how transport is structured in the city. Only after making the reservation you thought to check how our city works and since you didn't like the answer now you leave this revenge-review as if everything was our fault. Dear Madam, here the culprit is not the Hotel but a profound ignorance and a disarming shokking imprudence by your side.A completely different matter concerns the alleged insurance you are talking about, insurance that was stipulated through the agency you booked with and that does not involve us in any way. Once again, why are you accusing the Hotel? We are certainly not the providers of the insurance service - nor have we ever been - and to date we have never received any message from any insurance. If as you say karma exists, keep in mind that the only one who is defaming and wishing ill here is you.We wish you to find serenity again, and not to be so confused for your future chooses.
