    Scammers!!! Be careful!!!

    They are scammers!!!! Be careful!!!I booked the hotel 9 months in advance for a big group of 30 people. They responded to me when I booked the hotel. Then, I needed more rooms and added them as separate booking. 3 weeks before the trip they cancelled my booking. They were not responding to my messages. The phone number listed is not valid! My messages are jot even delivered through WhatsApp!!!! I was trying to contact them multiple times and ways. Now they refunded for one of my bookings and they not cancel or refund my other booking which I do not need anymore because ai cannot split the group! At the last moment I had to search for another hotel and this is high season in Venice (April).I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. NOW I AL BOT SURE OF THEY EVER REFUND SECOND PAT OF MY BOOKING CAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND.

    We booked 9 months in advance and they cancelled our reservation one day before my arrival. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a waste of time and money. They left us in the streets with no reservation

    This place doesn’t exist. Stay away. Booked and was unable to get in touch with them for days before due to arrive. Received a message from them saying the travel company had canceled, when they did not. Ignored emails, WhatsApp, calls and messages. The address pulls up a dumpster.

    This "hotel" cancelled my stay 2 days before my arrival, exactly one month ago. They just sent a message via Booking.com and that's it, no more correspondance from their side. Still waiting for a refund but I doubt it will ever happen. Scammers!!!

    I booked this property through Agoda in March, for October 15-18. I was careful to include the Free Cancellation Service. On August 18, I cancelled the reservation, but I still haven't received a refund as of today, September 28. I want my money back, according to the booking policy! A property that respects its customers, refunds people's money. I've been waiting for more than a month for you to refund my money. Shame!
