    The room was beautiful in a gorgeous location! Breakfast was always lovely, the rooms were cleaned perfectly, the restaurant is truly excellent. Our favourite hotel!

    The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are untidy and run-down, and the hotel staff is arrogant.

    Limited parking, the hotel can be reached by car within certain time limits. They were not helpful with the transfer. We had an outside parking option which is 10 minutes away from the hotel.

    Everything about this hotel and its staff was wonderful. The staff secured dinner reservations at Chioggia's best before our stay. We were provided with good information about how to find them and even just before our arrival, advised how to get around the local street construction. Warm welcome on our early arrival; stored our luggage until checkin time; enjoyed a good pizza/wine at their restaurant. Then upstairs to our modern, large room. Comfortable beds, walkin shower. All great! Very comfortable bar for after dinner drinks. Nothing could be better. If you are catching a cruise ship, stay here not Venice!

    We are very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly and patient. There was no problem with communication in English. The atmosphere was great. The breakfast was very varied and catered to everyone's needs. Products were very fresh, a large selection of baked goods, meats, cheeses, yoghurts. It was also possible to have a hot breakfast. Also juices, coffee, a large selection of teas. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a room met our expectations. We arrived early and the hotel offered to store our luggage before check-in.
