Location

Situated on the Via Orlanda roadway opposite the San Giuliano Park, the hotel offers stunning views across the Venice Lagoon. Halfway between Venice's historic centre and the Marco Polo Airport (9 km away), the hotel is ideally and conveniently located.

Facility

6 suites, single rooms and 130 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. For additional convenience, bathrooms also provide a hairdryer.     What a wonderful location to stay at if you are planning to visit Verona, Lago di Garda, Cortina D'Ampezzo and of course Venezia! Thank you very much for all the wonderful hospitality! Everything about this property is efficient and pleasant. The front desk staff , The housekeeping lady who cleaned my room everyday and the friendly team members around the restaurant during breakfast and dinner hours! The food was excellent and the access to downtown Venice ( Piazzale Roma) very easy and convenient! Special thanks to Silvia at the front desk and Marco at the restaurant.     House keeping stole our jewelry and glass bottle opener

    We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel until the last part of our trip when we began noticing that items from our room were missing. On Friday, 11/08/25, we realized that a small bag containing only our receipts, which had been sitting on the dresser by the mirror, was gone. Since it was only receipts, we did not think much of it at the time.The next day, Saturday, 11/09/25, the jewelry and gifts we had purchased in Murano also went missing. These included a thank you gift for my sister (red Murano glass earrings), a bracelet and earrings for our daughter, and a Murano glass bottle opener. All of the items were kept together in their jewelry boxes in a plastic bag on the dresser in front of the mirror. Altogether, the value was about €80.We discovered the items were missing on Sunday while packing and doing laundry and immediately reported it to the front desk on 11/09/25. We were told that both the front desk manager and general manager were off that day. Staff said they spoke with the cleaner assigned to our room, who denied taking anything. Since there are no cameras inside rooms, there was unfortunately no way for us or the hotel to verify what happened.When we checked out on Monday, 11/10/25, we spoke with the front desk manager. He was polite, apologetic, and tried to help. He refunded us $10 for the laundry coins we had purchased, but that did not come close to the value of the missing items. He suggested that perhaps the items had been mixed in with the blankets and thrown away accidentally, but we explained that everything had been sitting on the dresser, not in the bedding, and the items were heavy and in boxes.After returning home, I waited about a month to see if management would follow up or offer any additional resolution, but I never heard back. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this was very disheartening, especially because we traveled to Venice for our wedding anniversary and had an otherwise wonderful stay. Unfortunately, this situation left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a perfect trip.

    I stayed here years ago for a pre-cruise night in summer and had good memories.Booked it now for 2 weeks for business meetings in Mestre and have to say, it became even better.Honestly, i payed 3 times the price for worae places in Venice.The hotel is modern and cosy. Rooms are spotless clean, bedding heavenly, shower great.Welcome was warm and friendly, the bar is great and also here, service perfect.In summer we used the pool, which is a great treat. Now the hotel offers a very nice Spa.There is a bus station directly outside the hotel with a 15 minutes service to Piazzale Roma.To downtown Mestre, which is really nice we took a 10 minutes taxi ride.A really great hotel, ideal for business travellers but also for tourists avoiding the rip-off in Venice and staying a little bit more relaxed and silent.Parking also right in front and below the hotel.     Great location with great bartenders

    We really enjoyed our stay and thanks toSiliva, Llyod, Nicola and the manager, Johnny. We got ripped off from my Uber to the hotel that was 5 miles away. They charged us US$52. The hotel provides a shuttle that takes you back to the airport for €20 per room.5 or 19 is the bus that you need to take to Venice. We got it right outside the hotel but on the way back they didn’t stop at our location so we had to walk back almost a mile, lol. The rooms are nice and big that comes with a very small TV but it’s OK cause we never even turned it on. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The pool looked amazing.     Very Disappointing Stay

    I chose this hotel instead of staying in Venice because I had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a mistake.The online photos made the property look beautiful — bright, modern rooms with plush pillows and a clean, well-maintained atmosphere. That presentation was a major factor in my booking decision. However, the reality was quite different.When I arrived, the hotel appeared old and run-down. I immediately questioned my choice but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. The staff were polite, but my first room did not meet expectations, so I requested to be moved. The second room was said to be “just cleaned,” but it didn’t feel that way.There was visible mold on the bathroom mirror, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the sheets were rough and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also dated and not well maintained. It was clear that this property has not been properly updated or cared for in some time.I tried to explain my concerns to the staff, but there seemed to be a language barrier, which made communication difficult.I have stayed at many Hilton hotels over the years and have always trusted the brand for its consistency and quality. This location, however, was far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I would strongly recommend paying a bit more to stay at the Venice property instead.Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve its current four-star rating. Based on my experience, it would be closer to one or two stars at best.
