The hotel is situated on the border between the two districts of San Polo and Dorsoduro, along the Fondamenta del Forner in a quiet and secluded area, only a short walk from the ferry port San Tomà, the church Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari and the Scuola di San Rocco (School of Saint Rocco).
