Location

Enjoying a very quiet location, this hotel is a few steps away from Campo SS Giovanni e Paolo, one of the Venetian areas with most scenic appeal. A short walk through the typical narrow streets of Venice leads to Piazza San Marco or Ponte di Rialto. The public water transport (Vaporetto) stops at the railway station Venezia Santa Lucia and Marco Polo VCE Airport are very close at hand. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues are about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is about 25 minutes by public transport from the Venice Lido. Treviso S. Angelo Airport is approximately 40 km away from the establishment.

    Unforgettable stay in an authentic setting in the heart of Venice! Had a beautifully furnished room with into a lovely Venetian courtyard. Davide is a simply perfect host: courteous, reliable and willing to provide you with efficient information during your stay. I would definitely return!

    This was an amazing room. It was so quiet and spacious. I slept better than I have in weeks. Davide gave amazingly thorough and easy to follow directions to get to the room. The ceilings were at least 20 ft high. It is close to lots of places to eat and beautiful churches. There were plenty of locals to dilute us tourists. I highly recommend this place!

    Best luxury Residenz for a really good Price, and Davide is a perfect manager. We stay there for over a week and felt like in a castle. It is in the near of the center and directly at the Vaporetto Station to Lido.

    Intimate hotel in an old palazzo

    I loved this place, though I got terribly lost on my way there. (GPS is useless in Venice, much better to have a map.) The fact that it was a bit off the beaten track added much to its charm, however, so no complaints. The ceilings are nearly 6 meters (18 feet) tall and the rooms are quite spacious. Though I slept with the window open, I didn't see a single mosquito. The breakfast was a bargain, perfectly fine, and way too much for one person. Davide, the owner, was full of information and very kind. There are nice little restaurants full of locals in the vicinity, and a vaporetto stop nearby. Once I got my bearings, I realized that it was quite near San Marco. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

    This delightful B&B was great for what we needed and a short walk to the sites we wanted to see. The room was a tight squeeze for a family as we had a queen bed and a sofa bed with about a foot in between the ends of both. However as we were only there for one night we really only needed a comfortable bed. The breakfast was adequate and easy to help ourselves to. Davide was knowledgeable and approachable and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for our short but sweet stay.
