  Excellent service! Friendly staff. We were turned away from our original hotel so we booked here via booking.com last minutes and they staff were great and helped us. Lovely rooms and everything you need. Fabulous location! We would definitely stay here again!

  Big Lie!

  We went there in front of a locked door. We had to call to a number written on the door and waited for some time. Then we were moved to another building which has no signs and it has none of the views or the room pictures was nothing in common. It was smaller than advertised and the look from the window was not the cathedral but another building. Then we are asked to pay above the price indicated and the only check in documents was that the guy took a picture from his phone of our ID cards which is strictly prohibited. He did not gave us any documents for the payment and just run away. We had a problem with electricity as there was none. No breakfast and even no buffet was there. It has only entrance and them some rooms. Never will return there.We planned to move but it was late and everything was busy so we were left without any choice.

  Brilliant location, not so good for everything else

  Arrived at this hotel for a stay and we were in front of a locked door. No staff to be seen and no information about where or how to check in, so we called and called a number until a member of staff answered and told us to wait. They then took us to a different building which had a dirty carpet and smashed window. The room was nothing as advertised, really dated with a broken bed and an air conditioner with a leak that was held together with duct tape. Every tiny noise in the street and outside the room was loud as not soundproofing at all which led to no sleep at all. The staff we encountered were friendly and when we could get through on the phone they were helpful but the quality of the rooms is not great. Fine hotel if on a special offer and to be used as a base as it is really central which is brilliant, but overall felt misled and tired!

  This hotel is a bit older but in a spectacular location in the very center within walking distance of all the sights, sounds and eats. Super friendly staff and clean rooms. Don’t expect a modern room but to expect a quaint, pleasant, and spacious room. There is everything right about this hotel which makes the experience in Venice a real pleasure. Would book again and again. Easily walked from the hotel to the water taxi for a refreshing boat ride to the airport.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! Avoid this place !

  Staying here might be central but the service is non existent... especially with anything going wrong such as the double breakfast charge !!Checked in by (Romeo or Romero) unsure of persons name ... he made us pay cash for breakfast and “city tax , before we were allowed to check in , after explaining we had driven for 6 hours to get there, and asking if this would be all the “extra charges “ and no more surprises ... he said that would be it .... Reception was unattended for two days , numbers were provided to a neighboring sister hotel ... but one to answer calls ...Breakfast was great the first day and diminutive the next day After a day of checking out noticed I was charged again... tried to contact hotel many times ... only once I managed to speak to a woman and explained my situation, was told that employee that’s checked us in had a big night and was not contactable, to call back ... never was able to speak to someone and still haven’t ... also tried with my credit card provider and they too had no luck .... NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE .... avoid this place ... no customer service... no satisfaction.... spoiled the end of an otherwise great Italian trip that had no other hotel treat us like this hotel !!
