Located in a very central area close to the Rialto and Saint Mark's square, within easy reach by private water taxi and near to the main waterbus stations, this historical hotel is the perfect place to stay in the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Santa Lucia train station is located roughly 2 km from the hotel. Marco Polo International Airport is some 10 km away and Treviso Airport around 30 km.

    Great location, restaurants and stores nearby! Just walking distance to most of the tourist spots. The staff were helpful! Just 13 minutes walk from the ferry, they also have their own dock if you want a private water taxi.     Not Holding Revenue Management Against Them...

    Booked this hotel about a month in advance and my trip happened to occur the week of the start of the Venice Biennale. The room was about as expensive of a room as I have ever paid around the room and I certainly would not pay those prices ever again for the product. But with this said, supply and demand for the time and I can't hold the hotel guilty of revenue management. Overall the room had a large living room, was well stocked and clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the location was great and everyone was friendly. Could they have at least included breakfast for the rate I paid, certainly, but again, I can't blame them!     The hotel was really good. Great location. The breakfast was self service in full however was extremely good. Staff really attentive and very helpful.     The hotel is fabulous! Outstanding location, very helpful staff with a great breakfast buffet and cozy bar. The architecture, furnishings and refurbishment is incredible.     Our stay at Ruzzini Palace in Venice was truly wonderful. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in a perfect location. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the balcony overlooking the canal made the experience even more special.The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff, luggage attendant and kitchen staff were all incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful with recommendations and assistance. They were prompt and responsive. They helped with coordinating transportation.
