    A lovely little hotel tucked down a side street approx ten mins walk from Venice Mestre Station. Train run from Venice Mestre Station to Venice Santa Lucia Station (the main station in Venice), approximately every 5-10 mins, this make this a perfect location to stay without the expense of staying in Central Venice.The hotel is small but very clean and the rooms are modern, including the bathroom. Staff speak English well. Tourist tax is payable on check out, note that they only accept CASH payments for this in Euros.Breakfast is exactly the same each day, meat, cheese, bread, pastries etc. The fruit juice is lovely and there is a range of hot drinks. One lady mans the buffet and replenishes items frequently.A super stay and I would definitely stay here again.

    We booked this hotel via a group on promotion. Since the promotion was cheap my fiancé and I expected this hotel to be very average, this was not the case. The staff behind the front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations and advice. This seemed like a 4 star hotel at the very minimum, the staff were well spoken and the hotel seemed very classy.The bed was massive and has to be the comfiest hotel bed I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and spacious. The aircon was a nice touch though we had no use for it as we were here in January and it was already very cold. Very nice bathroom, very clean and shower pressure was good. The room includes a mini fridge with two complimentary bottles of water, a very nice touch especially as we couldn't drink the tap water in Italy.Overall, amazing accommodation that I will be staying here again next time we visit venice.

    We spent one night. It was a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and good sized, with a small flat screen tv, small fudge and armoire for clothes. The bed was large Queen, with extra pillows - and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with toilet and bidet, large sink and regular shower.The breakfast was 15 euro, and worth it. Coffees, juices, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, toast, jams, bacon, sliced meats and cheeses, many different pastries, cereal and a section for vegan eaters!Overall, a very nice choice for a convenient and comfortable stay near the trains.

    Good hotel close to Venice

    Stayed here to visit Venice and Verona in an effort to avoid inflated prices in those two cities. 5/10 minuteswalk from both train and bus stations for easy trips to Venice (15 mins), Verona (1 hr) and the airport (half an hour). Lovely hotel - spotless and very good continental breakfast. We thought the area was fine - around the station, itself, at night is a bit "edgy" but we still felt very safe and the hotel is a little way away from there. Mestre itself is pleasant enough (nice square, bell tower etc) with plenty of eateries. Not that many eateries close to the hotel but enough for a couple of nights stay. Would recommend.

    Excellent hotel stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Located in Mestre, convenient for departure from Marco Polo airport. Trasportation to and from Venice via public bus or rail. (Consider taking a taxi back to the hotel in the evenings, as the bus / rail option was very crowded.) The family suite was enough space for 4 of us to stay for one night, explore Venice, and the depart for the airport the next day.On-site secure parking was an added bonus, even a place to charge if you have an electric/hybrid. Special thanks to the front desk staff for providing excellent directions in and out of Venice. We were even able to purchase bus/train/vaporetto tickets at the hotel front desk before we went to Venice. Check in and check out were easy as well.
