    Excellent hotel in a quiet location but close to the action.

    Overall, this was an excellent hotel. All the staff we encountered were helpful & seemed to be genuinely eager to please. First class recommendations for nearby restaurants & gondola ride. Also a complimentary private launch to Murano for our glassmaking experience. The Breakfast was really good - great choice of hot & cold food, although the quality of the orange juice left a little to be desired. One little niggle - paper cups in the more than adequate bedroom seemed to be a poor choice for our morning tea/coffee. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

    Fabulous Hotel - but now an IHG hotel so be aware of this

    This was an extremely stylish hotel, friendly, wonderful room - though a little small, beautiful breakfast rooms and outdoor dining area, great food. Short walk to train station and ferries, lots of dining nearby. A wonderful Venice experience. I note that IHG has taken over this hotel since I stayed - I personally will never stay at IHG hotels again because of past experiences, let's hope The Venice Times can keep up their previously wonderful standards.

    Excellent hotel, in a great location. Really close to Grand Canal and the train station. Minutes from Piazzale Roma for transport.Room was clean and modern, and good size. Breakfast was nice, continental but also had sausage and egg. Big shout out to Alberto and Laisam. Both were exceptionally friendly and always chatted with us, which was lovely as it made it a more personal hotel. Also they both gave us plenty of advice on best places and how to get there. Two lovely guys credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    We had a lovely stay at Venice Times Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still nice and quiet, making it a great base for exploring Venice.The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist with any questions. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing.Breakfast was good, mainly continental but with some hot options like bacon, sausage, and eggs. There was also a great selection of pastries, so plenty to choose from each morning.It was really convenient that we could leave our bags at the hotel, which made things much easier around check-in and check-out times. A nice extra touch was the toiletries—the body wash and creams provided were really lovely and felt quite luxurious.Overall, a great hotel experience and we’d happily stay again!

    Stayed here for a long weekend (16/1-19/1)Great location, really beautiful and close to Vaporetto stop and train station. Not slap bang in the middle of the busiest tourist areas but still with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars around. The room was small but but as we only had a small amount of luggage l this didn't matter to us. With large suitcases it would have been challenging...The room was sparkling clean and the bathroom a very good size with a lovely rainfall shower. Not much of a view but we only slept there so no problem at all. Breakfast was good, would've liked warm bread rolls and maybe a bigger selection of fruit. Everything was tasty thiugh, and service in the Breakfast room was incredibly friendly. It's a great little hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. Would happily stay again 😊
