Location

The hotel is located on Lido Island, only a few steps from the water bus stop to Venice, 10 minutes from St Mark’s Square by waterbus and a 10 minute walk from the beach and the town centre. Venice Airport is 15 km away while Treviso Airport is 40 km away.

Facility

19 suites, 18 apartments and double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Everything perfect for our first trip to Venice. We had a suite with a garden over looking the Lagoon. Stunning. Service was excellent food Amazing.     Spent the bank holiday weekend here with my husband and teenage children. Paid alittle extra for the suite with lagoon view and it was worth every penny simply stunning views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, cleaned daily , water and fizzy drinks in the fridge included also restocked daily. The continental breakfast was well catered with fresh pastries and fruit, hot bacon and eggs and the dining room has the beautiful lagoon views. All of the staff we met were very friendly. Elena was particularly helpful, she organised a water taxi for our return journey and as we had an early check out advised us that we could have a breakfast packed up and waiting for our departure. The hotel is in a perfect location just a few metres from the water taxi stop. Supermarket and a choice of restaurants/takeaways are just a small stroll from the hotel (under 5 mins) . Public beach approximately 15-20 mins walk.Would definitely stay here again.     The location was perfect. You where near Venezia but far from the multitud. Lido is very beautiful. The room are very big and confortable. The stay was just right for the value we paid.
