    An excellent hotel in a superb location in the centre of Verona.A couple of minutes from Piazza delle Erbe and five minutes from Piazza Bra.A thirty-minute walk from the train station.And you get a welcoming drink.Very friendly and helpful staff.What’s not to like?Very highly recommended.     Terrific luxury hotel in a great location in the high end shopping district and steps away from the Roman Amphitheater and adjioinng plaza. From the bellman whisking my luggage from the taxi to the warm greeting at registration complete with an escort to my room to welcoming beverages in the comfortable lounge, everything made for a pleasant experience. My room was a single with very comfortable bed, deluxe furnishings and a large well appointed bathroom. The breakfast buffet was terrific, complete with smoked salmon and prosecco. Definitely on my return to list!     Excellent Stay at the Accademia!

    We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Accademia! The location is perfect for exploring Verona on foot. The hotel is right in the middle of the "action" yet delightfully quiet. The front desk team was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They called taxis, gave directions, made restaurant reservations for us. The two women who were there during the day were especially efficient. Our room was large, comfortable, clean. The walkin shower had great water pressure. There was plenty of storage, outlets by the beds, and a table/chairs for seating. Our only small complaint was that the hair dryer didn't really get hot. We chose a rate with breakfast service, which was quite good. Food was constantly replenished, dirty dishes taken away, coffee pots provided. I would have loved some salad greens in addition to the other vegetables provided. We enjoyed the generous afternoon snacks and beverages after long days of sightseeing. A prosecco or coffee were very welcome indeed. All in all, I would highly recommend the Hotel Accademia. It was comfortable and quiet, with a wonderfully efficient staff.     We spent 3 wonderful nights at this lovely hotel. It’s a great location right in the centre. Special thanks to the front desk who helped us with restaurant bookings and the concierge who accompanied my husband to the carpark, to assist with parking the car.My only concern was that our breakfasts were spoiled by people having their telephones on speaker phone and taking loud, lengthy calls. Is this acceptable? I don’t want to hear other people’s conversations. It certainly spoiled the relaxed vibe of the hotel. Otherwise, all perfect.
