    Really nice inside scary outside

    The hotel is located outside of Verona, so definitely not for those who want to experience the charm of the city. The rooms are really nice with big spacious bathroom and luggage area. The lobby and restaurant are really cool but the outside including entry, sidewalk, parking area, totally appalling

    Perfect hotel for an overnight stay on the outskirts of Verona, in the middle of the industrial zone and expo. The hotel boasts excellent parking simple but neat rooms, very courteous staff, convenient for both entering the city and the highway entrance

    Hotel management service very very poor and rude behaviour.Coffee matching in room but no water inside the Matchin to make the coffee.We requested them to fill the water but they didn’t do anything.Today Night shift Manager was so rude with us because we had water bottles in our hands and the water we get from outside but night shift Manager stop us rudely start talking why we get the water from gym room but we didn’t even go to the gym to get the water.We came with our family to stay comfortably but those kind of behaviour how can we find comfortable.We pay lots of money expect good service but Hotel expo is completely different.Finally I will suggest whoever try to book the hotel please please thank before you book your trip.

    Night manager very rude stopped us from going to gym which is ment to be 24 hours manager name serge and when we asked why he said he thought we were going to steal his water bottolSecond of all we were booked in for 5 nights now we are on 2nd night and we have coffee machine in room and coffee and tea were put on our table but machine has no water in tank and informed desk both days but no one filled the machines When asked serge when will the menager be available to place a complaint he got so angry and started shouting and said this time I am the manager and security now I am everything then eventually he said in morning manager will be available Restaurant totally avoid Strictly avoid this hotel don't know how they got 4 stars

    The hotel is 12km from city center, in the middle of an industrial zone, so location for families is less than ideal. Ample parking.We reserved our two rooms two months in advance, on checkin we wanted to verify they are together and were told ‘they’re on the same floor’ sure they were, on completely separate sides of the floor. Concerned for our kids safety we had to split.But the worst was the breakfast. Frozen pancakes, lots of finished products not replaced with fresh trays (even ran out of scrambled eggs). In the end had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast.Bonus: Hotel is kept very clean. If we had known in advance about your request and not only at check in, we could have warned you about it. However, on the original reservation, there were no info about your need. Unfortunately, upon check-in and with the hotel fully booked, it was not possible to offer you a downgrade to adjoining or neighboring standard rooms. Thanks for the report on breakfast, which surprises us very much. Please take note that we use premium quality products which are supplied by time-tested suppliers. These products are about 80 in the breakfast buffet. We are sorry that you did not ask the Waiters to serve you the products that you believe were not being replaced.
