  I absolutely cannot recommend this host. He behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully, especially toward a female guests, by publishing a public review containing private and irrelevant information about my stay. The property lacks basic soundproofing, so normal conversations and TV are clearly heard in other rooms. Additionally, the host failed to perform the legally required guest registration and document check.   2 minutes from Arena di Verona and Piazza Bra and no noizy neighbours,waiters or cleaning ladies. Big , comfortable one bedroom apartment with windows faced quiet yard. Big supermarket 100 metres away. 3 or 4 cafes with tasty food and good smelled coffee just downstairs. What else do you need for interesting and relaxing vacation.By the way , the on and off bus trips also stars from Piazza BraTickets fo traditional,famous Opera festival you could buy on the day of the performance. But if you are an opera fan , better do it in advance through the Internet

  We had an amazing stay here! We've spent there only one night. Luigi was really nice and told us all about the city, so we have time to see all the sights than expected.Rooms are cozy and clean. Beds are very comfy. Good breakfast. Really exceeded my expectations! I would recommend! It is worth far more than its price!!!

  This place is to be avoided. It is near the Arena..... it's only good point. For what you get it's very expensive. We had two rooms and shared bathroom. The bathroom is filthy particularly the shower. An area behind a curtain is used for storage.... dirty laundry I think. The rooms are dark with small windows that admit little light. We had so looked forward to Verona but this was a disaster. Don't go there. It's appalling.

  We've spent there two nights and really appreciated the level of the service provided by the owner. On top of it, the location, rooms and really good breakfasts are representing a good value for the money.
