  This B&B has a great location just a few steps from Piazza Bra and this is also the best reason to stay here. The street itself where the hotel is located feels a bit dark and run down though. The rooms are spacious but sparsely furnished. A breakfast is provided but due to covid-restrictions only provided at a small table. Some youghurt but mostly sweets. There is no toilet in the rooms but they are outside, although private. I have seen many positive reviews before this one commenting the manager and I can somewhat agree. Our experience is both positive and negative. Please be aware that you have to organize check-in with the owner beforehand. There is no sign to show this B&B and it has no reception.

  Super clean place with private bathroom. I had doubts for choosing between this B&B and hotel but I it was exactly same as hotel and even more clean. Very kind manager. Great customer service. I really recommend this place!❤️

  It's a nice place and quite confortable but the bathrooms are little but clean and the bedroom is not clean as it should be, but is confortable. The breakfast is quite good cause there are many differents options but the coffee machine doesn't work and it's a pity! The man that show us our space is kind and quite funny!

  This place is so expensive considering it very old and not that comfortable. We got no breakfasts in the mornings although it was said that it is included in the service. Also it was a bit crowded and lots of noise. We paid alot of money for this place considering the tax and everything.

  An outstanding value. Great location, just minutes from the Arena. Roberto is a very gracious and helpful host. Spacious room (Aida), well-appointed decor. Comfy bed. Nice balcony. Good elevator. Strong WiFi. Super clean. Having an external bathroom for our room worked fine for us (may not for everyone). Early luggage drop off/ late luggage pick up was a great benefit to us given our train schedules. A great PAM grocery store close by. Our only critique would be a lack of an open window for the bathroom and the narrowness of the bathtub. These are design matters and not operational issues. Definitely a satisfying 4 night stay. No breakfast due to Covid-19. We found the excellent Caffè Pasticceria Barini just around the corner.
