    Great airport hotel with good restaurant

    We were expecting little from our experience and were really pleased with the quality and service. Aria the restaurant was really good with friendly and efficient staff.     Possibly one of the better airport hotels I've stayed in!

    We chose this hotel being underwhelmed by the hotel options in Verona itself for the cost and quality. We were only here for one night .There is an airport shuttle by reservation. The check in was swift and friendly. The room was clean, decent size and with a comfortable bed/linen. The bathroom was quite spacious.Breakfast was ample, fresh and canned fruit, selection of the usual breakfast items, cooked and pastries/cereals.We had dinner in the Aria restaurant at level 0 which was excellent and very reasonable.Would highly recommend.     a good overnight sleep

    Good for an overnight stay when needing transport from the airport late at night

    We stayed here as we were due to land late at night. The shuttle service was €10/room which was reasonable and the driver was lovely and polite (although we were tightly sardined with no seatbelts present in the middle section of the minibus).Check in was good, lovely pleasant gentleman. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, not particularly friendly service, or really any interaction at all (they were setting up for a lunch so not sure if that was why) but there was plenty of choice available on the buffet. There was some very mouldy fruit in the fruit bowl which was a little off putting but perhaps it was just an oversight when setting up. Checkout was ok, the lady was a little more ‘to the point’, but not unpleasant. We asked for a taxi to be called, which they helpfully did. I must add this is NOT the hotels fault, but one thing to watch out for, (particularly as the taxi fares are supposed to be governed). We were charged €45 for what should have been a €30 trip.     Very good hotel with all necessary facilities, clean and very good restaurant. Extensive outdoor and indoor parking, close to the airport, close to the highway and with shuttle to the city center and fairground. Employees are friendly and ready to offer any kind of support.
