This luxury hotel is located in the historical centre of Verona. Sights of interest such as Romeo and Juliet's balcony are only steps from the hotel. 10 suites, 14 single rooms and 72 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Okay hotel.

    This hotel was okay but in my opinion not 5 stars. First, whenever we walk in, no one would welcome it greet us. We felt like a bit of an annoyance to staff. Second, the gym is bare bones. Not even a dumbbell or any benches. Third, no water or fruit in the lobby or lounge during the day. Fourth, breakfast was average at best. All of this would be okay except this is a five star hotel.     Well located hotel with great service

    Just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel. We had a grand deluxe room on the fourth floor with the bonus of a balcony. The wall was quite high but you still got a lovely view of the rooftops of the city. Room very comfortable and lovely mix of antique furniture. Bathroom great with amazing shower. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was quite expensive but the food and service was good. Staff very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to choose to eat. Amazing views topped by a beautiful sunset. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well that are a bit away from the more touristy places. My partner had a problem with his eye that needed a hospital visit to check it out and staff very helpful with directions and sorting taxis out for us. Good choice at breakfast and again good and quick service. We had a lovely stay despite the hospital visits! A very elegant and well located hotel for visiting a range of sites within the city.     Great Staff - Nice location

    This is a lovely hotel, which is easily missed as it lacks a showy entrance. That said, once inside, it has an understated elegance that we enjoyed. I was so glad that we had a walk-in shower here as every time we had to get in/out of a tub, I thought I might fall. The linen sheets felt a bit scratchy to me (maybe they were brand new?) but my husband said they felt fine to him. Breakfast service was a very nice buffet. Staff that we interacted with were helpful, especially offering hotel umbrellas during the day there were heavy rains. We had drinks and a light lunch in the hotel bar, which is a bit tucked away on a lower level, but very nice. The hotel is in a central location and easy to get to all the historic sites and shopping nearby.     Best in Verona. Amazing hotel all around.

    The hotel is a clear winner. The 5 star rating is evident everywhere: condition, lobby, service quality, food, drinks and of course the room. The location is likely the best in Verona. Although it is luxury and high end hotel, it is not “stuffy”. Just the opposite. Relaxed and amazing staff and service.     Amazing hotel, a genuine 5 star experience

    An exceptional hotel in the centre of everything but at the same time the bedroom was quiet at night. I 💯 recommend this hotel as our experience from beginning to end was 5 star quality.
