    Great location, but rooms a bit dated.

    Good location with great access to everything in Verona. The hotel was a bit stuck in the past. strange technology, shutter that didn't open and just lacked a bit of warmth. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed to lack a smile.

    location is tops but already an old hotel. there are 2 wings/buildings. one is the hotel and other is a suite/residential which is bigger. I booked through a travel agent.The breakfast is not good, limited choices and nothing hot.I would look for other alternatives

    Poor service and the rooms and beds/sheets were not clean. I went to get into bed and it had loads of hairs on the duvet (there was also no sheet). When I asked for a clean duvet, they didn’t have any and after about 40 mins, they gave me a new fitted sheet and I slept under that. Photos included.

    Booked.this 4 star hotels through a 3rd party ,.we were.out in a.jumior suite , this was absolutely awful.no better then 2 stars ,.dont stay in the junior suites if.ypu like a good.quality hotel

    Our room was clean with a good shower. Towels not very soft. We had a package which included breakfast. We tried it the first morning and never went back. Poor selection, not quickly replenished and zero staff engagement. Also the hotel bar is not open on a Wednesday and closes at 2130 on other nights.
