    Enjoyed our stay with the king sized bed and comfy pillows. The little touches in the room like a kettle, coffee and sugar and bathroom necessities were welcomed. The street facing room was quiet. We could not adjust the thermostat or perhaps it was programmed to not be changed so the room was stuffy. Carlotta went above and beyond to get gluten free bread for me, and gave me a macchiato before I left. Grazie!

    Amazing hotel in the centre of a lovely little historical town. The staff are super kind, and very attentive. The room was facing out over a little river. It was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend to anyone 😊Thank you for a great stay

    The hotel itself was okay, not very clean but we had somewhere to sleep at least. However, getting out of Soave into Verona or anywhere else for that matter is a complete nightmare! Buses only come once an hour and it takes about 50 minutes to actually get to Soave after you’ve paid 15 Euros one way. The hotel tax is also mental! We paid £50 euros for a 5 night stay for 3 people… Overall the hotel is okay if your only wanting to stay in soave and nowhere else. Ferroli Roberto, Direttore generale at Hotel Roxy Plaza, responded to this review Dear Ms. Silvia, we contest your review in its entirety as we consider it inappropriate that your incorrect choice not to stay in Verona City prejudices us free of charge, when we have always been available, as Staff, with you and your family, at all your requests and needs.Soave is a medieval village which is only a 20 minute drive from Verona but, not having one, she resorted by choice to using the public bus, whose stop is adjacent to our hotel.The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night for the first 5 days only, it is not payable by children under 14 years of age. You, 3 people, paid a total of 45.00 euros and not 50.00 as you reported.Last and not least, for us the cleanliness of the rooms and environments is a priority, so it was enough to notify us if something was wrong, which we would have done immediately.Management

    Well-located just outside the medieval town walls it's offering top-quality service, extremely well-furnished and decorated rooms, convenient beds, an extraordinary breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful employees making your stay highly enjoyable! For us it's one of the hidden treasures in Veneto! Looking forward to staying with you soon!

    We enjoyed every day in Roxy Plaza. The hotel staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Located just outside the city walls, with most locations, restaurant in walking distance the hotel is a great starting point for excursions. It's underground parking was convenient but a reservation might be helpful.A great hotel, we will come back
